In Yakutia, a woman who killed a three -year -old son with a wooden bar for an unacceptable poem was convicted

The Yakutsk court sentenced a 43-year-old local resident who is found guilty of a brutal detubication. The woman scored to death with a wooden bar of a young son, who could not quickly learn a literary work.

The parent was sentenced to 15 years in prison, the official website of the Republican prosecutor's office reports. She will serve the deadline in a penal colony of general regime. As an additional punishment, the freedom of the convicted was limited for another year. In addition, a woman will undergo a treatment with a psychiatrist at the place of serving a sentence and will be observed on an outpatient basis.

As follows from the materials of the criminal case, from September 2013 to December 2014, the convicted "systematically defeated her son born in 2011."

In December 2014, when the child "taught the poem with his mother and during this he began to be distracted and indulged, without reacting to the remarks of his mother," she, angry, inflicted at least 68 blows to her son with a wooden bar. In addition, the attacker beat the child with her hands.

The baby was injured by the chest, accompanied by traumatic pneumothorax, and died as a result of acute respiratory failure.

After the murder, the woman fell into severe depression, and therefore, until May 2016, was in stationary treatment. As the expert commission established, the crime was committed by it in a state of emotional stress, enhanced by alcoholic intoxication. There were no signs of physiological affect.

The woman was charged with p. "G" of Part 2 of Art. 117 ("Torture") and paragraph "in" Part 2 of Art. 105 ("murder of a minor") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
