On March 6, the Investigative Committee for the Arkhangelsk Region and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug announced that a case had been submitted to the court against two musicians who were accused of extremism for performing the song "About the Jew." A criminal case was opened under the article on inciting hatred against a group of people on the basis of nationality (Article 282 of the Criminal Code). The publication "Medusa" reports that the musicians of the "Angry Grandfather" group (previously called "Dear Russians") will be judged. In 2015, in the Arkhangelsk club "Koleso", the group performed the song "About the Jew", after an examination, it was found to have "signs of humiliation of human dignity on the basis of nationality and incitement of hostility." The musicians pleaded guilty and repented of their deeds.
