Within six months, Andrei, together with lawyers from Yekaterinburg, fought for her release, daily drawing attention to the Yevgeny case on social networks, publishing news from her on Facebook under the hashtag #Svobotchudyuvovets. Although for him she is not a wonderful, now known to all of Russia, but simply Zhenya. He calls this process his "little war." Myasnikov first watched the Russian judicial system from such a close distance:

- Our judicial system is aimed at the charge, both the Investigative Committee and the prosecutor’s office use this. You can dry any person, there would be a desire. If something similar happens, you need to scream and attract attention before the sentence. We thought about telling about the case before the trial, we consulted with many people, and everyone said: "Do not, wait for the verdict." And when he was taken out, it became almost impossible to fight.

- For four months I just lived and fought for the justice of Eugene and believed that this moment would come. She was in a combat mood, believed that she would be justified, could neither sit nor lie, ”said Myasnikov.

Myasnikov also stated that so far they have not decided whether they would demand compensation for non -pecuniary damage from the state for an unlawful sentence through the court. But Evgenia’s lawyer believes that in addition to compensation, the Chuderovets has the right to count on the apology of the prosecutor on behalf of the state. Myasnikov also noted that the plans of his civilian wife are to engage in human rights activities.

- A huge role, we all understand, played the media. We were able to shout to large people and to the deputies who sent requests. And this support played one of the most important roles in an acquittal, ”he said.

The meeting in the case of the Chudnovets was held closed. The cassation submission for the verdict by the resident of the Kurgan region Evgenia Chudnovets submitted to the Supreme Court was introduced by the deputy prosecutor of the Russian Federation Leonid Korzhinek. A Chudnovets was sentenced to imprisonment for six months under the article “Distribution, public demonstration or advertising of materials or items with pornographic images of minors” for repost on the VKontakte social network “Video with mockery of a naked child, shot in a children's camp in Kataysk, Kurgan region. The teacher herself explained that she could not pass by an egregious case. Two counselors of camps were prosecuted.

In December 2016, the Kurgan Regional Court softened the punishment of a Chudelovets up to five months. It was transferred from the pre-trial detention center of Yekaterinburg to IK-6 of Nizhny Tagil. Evgenia Chudnovets twice appealed the verdict and stated that she would not ask for pardon, because she did not consider himself guilty:

She told me: "Not only did they condemn me twice, but then they put them on my knees." And the fundamental was that it was the Kurgan court to pass an acquittal and apologize to her. The protection of the world appealed to her a sentence in the European Court of Human Rights. On February 23, the General Prosecutor's Office of Russia asked the Supreme Court to cancel the verdict of Evgenia Chudnovets. - This is just great news! I am glad that the prosecutor's office recognized her mistakes. We have a Katai court, the prosecutor's office asked for Eugene for five years, then the prosecutor's office of the Kurgan region asked for a punishment not related to imprisonment, and here, finally, they recognized mistakes. But this became possible thanks to many more people - deputies, human rights activists who wrote requests to the Prosecutor General. Thanks to all caring people who wrote various requests and complaints to the General Prosecutor's Office! I think this was all very influenced by this decision.

- These six months did not break her position? Does she plan to do a human rights work or to conduct store checks again?

- Not broken, but on the contrary even strengthened. But her plans are much more serious than shopping raids: they are more likely to be aimed at the judicial system, at the FSIN, since she wrote a lot to me about injustice inside the institutions, the injustice of sentences. She talked there with many girls who were also convicted unfairly. We are discussing the option of human rights. Plans have already been outlined, but I don’t want to make it beyond our discussions.

- In your opinion, why did the case against Eugene become so resonant and attracted the attention of deputies from the party of power, federal media? Exclusively a question of indifference?

- Perhaps this is indifference - we are all people and see that there is obvious injustice. But still, one must also understand that the authorities are such conversations from the part of the disadvantage. We connected because they saw this resonance that plays against the authorities. After all, people began to blame not even a judicial system, but all up to the government and the president. This played a role. But I want to make mistakes in this and believe that it is indifferent to the problem.

On February 22, 2017, the Supreme Court canceled the sentence to Ildar Dadin, who left the colony on February 26. In an interview with Radio, Freedom Olga Romanova suggested that the abolition of sentences Dadin and Chudnovets is part of the 2018 election campaign, since unfair court decisions and fabricated criminal cases are one of the most painful topics in modern Russia.

- I believe that these are "Life -giving elections." This is about the same plane as the fight against corruption. We see that Anton Vaino is the new head of the presidential administration, and his deputy Sergei Kiriyenko is not fools.
