"Victory" will train the personnel of sambo and judo

The Victory Airlines decided to train its employees with martial arts in order to avoid the costs of private security guards, whom the carrier planned to hire to protect staff from aggressive passengers. This was told by the General Director of Victory Andrei Kalmykov, Interfax reports.

“We have found a more profitable option: we will train our employees of sambo and judo. In this case, we do not have to increase the prices for tickets, ”he explained.

According to Kalmykov, the attraction of private security companies would increase the prices for airline tickets by 2%. According to the head of Victory, the workshops on self-defense will cost cheaper and will not affect the cost of tickets.

Aeroflot's subsidiary announced that it would be hired by private guards, in mid -February. According to Victory, the legislation now provides for “insufficiently tough” measures applied to “aggressive passengers”. At the same time, in “Victory” complained about the aggressive actions of passengers in relation to the personnel of the carrier.
