How the village lives, near which Putin spent the night in the taiga
Russian President Vladimir Putin, after a recent visit to Krasnoyarsk, also visited Khakassia. He spent two days in the taiga, where he lived in "camping conditions". This was told to reporters by Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov. And the locals observed the President’s special communications plane, which circled in the Ust-Abakan district, above the territories of the settlements of Ust-Bur, Bisclood, and Sorsk. However, the president was also seen here alive: Ust-Buret was seriously injured during forest fires in the spring of 2015, and Putin personally came to the village to inspect the construction of new housing for the fire of fire.
The Radio correspondent Freedom visited the Khakass village of Ust-Bur, next to which the so-called "Zamka Shoigu" is located, where, according to rumors, the president likes to rest.

"Normal man"
The village of Ust-Bür in the Ust-Abakan district of Khakassia is located literally a kilometer from the large taiga massif. Leaving for the west, the road through the taiga leads to Kuzbass. During the war years, prisoners of the Japanese fell here, whose dust in the 90s exhumed and taken to their homeland.
After the war, Ust-Buret for many years also lived logging. But now only a small enterprise remains from a powerful timber industry. There is also a railway station, school, kindergarten and church in Ust-Burea. The population is about 2 thousand people.

The main attraction of this area is the "Bearing of Shoigu", located a few kilometers from the village. Here, they are accustomed to the fact that periodically in the sky there are helicopters that deliver high -ranking persons to the taiga. According to rumors, the first persons of the state love to spend time on the famous borrowing, but it is impossible to get to these places without special equipment.
April 12, 2015 Khakassia was covered by terrible steppe fires, 72 households were destroyed in Ust-Burea, one person died, two more visiting tourists burned in the taiga. Helicopters and the Ministry of Emergencies immediately flew to extinguish the village, soldiers and rescuers helped. As a result, the village, covered by fire from all sides, was saved from complete destruction.
“On the eve of the night, firefighters in the forest stewed the abandoned fire, he was extinguished, but the snags continued to smolder,” says Larisa Cheshuin, head of the Ust-Buresky village council. - In the morning I received a signal that there was a fell grass to the village. And on the other side there were not many houses, only seven. We were saved the majority. But the wind was very strong: the woods, the cow pile flew many meters through the swamp, through the railway. The village was wooden, caught fire instantly!

They still remember those events in the village with horror.
We wake up - the kids knock. The neighboring house burns, and the fire is not on the ground, but by air! They did not have time to save anything, only the neighbors helped to push the car, but the TV
“My grandfather and I went to bed - my folder, old, 90 years old,” says the seller of the local store Galina Ivanovna . - The husband in the taiga worked then. We wake up - the kids knock. The neighboring house burns, and the fire is not on the ground, but by air! They did not have time to save anything, only the neighbors helped to push the car, and the TV. They called his son, he flew from Sorsk as a crazy plasma to pull out plasma. Everyone is alive, only at the son -in -law my father burned, my matchmaker ... went for documents, and the house fell upon.
In the fall of the same year, Galina Ivanovna built a new house at budgetary funds. The retirement of 6800 rubles and the salary of the seller, she made an extension, the children helped to build a bathhouse. The pensioner likes the house, although the walls are constantly damp. It is much less than the previous, but well -maintained. True, they are not used to using the water supply in the village, and the pipes at the firecrackers freeze several times a year.
“When the heat begins, the frost goes there, down, and freezes,” says Galina Ivanovna. - That's just two days ago they thawed. It is useless to insulate there! It’s good that we have a house in an old place where we had before a fire. The well was preserved, in a hut and in the bathhouse they carried out water. We will do it into the house, and we will refuse this water supply.

In June 2015, Putin visited the village to check how the construction of houses for Pogorelians is going. He even talked with some villagers, but Galina Ivanovna saw the head of state only from afar.
So a normal man, we like him, let him continue further!
“Around the guards stood, as if we would do something to him,” recalls a resident of the village. - In general, people talked, he approached the neighbor in the house. I am grateful to Putin ... who would help here? Would have left nothing to be built? They would live in the yards where it got. So a normal man, we like him, let him continue further!
Galina Ivanovna says that if she had ever met with Putin now, she would not have asked for anything. Unless to add a little pension, because 6800 is not enough even for Ust-Burea.
- Only about a pension to be added. And of course you can live like that, the main thing is that there is no war and grandchildren do not get sick, ”says Galina Ivanovna.
The neighbor Galina Ivanovna Lyubov Frolova on the day of fires managed to save the TV and children's things from the burning house. Since the family is large, the new Frolov house is even more than the same. Only now, the walls of the "Putinka", as such houses are called in Khakassia, eats black mold, and the water in the pipes regularly freezes.

- Take a picture of the house? You can, if only you do not fall in a fainting, ”warns Love. - In that year, five months the whole street lived without water. We were forced to live elsewhere.

Love is one of the inhabitants of the village who managed to see Putin very close in 2015. Her house was not ready yet, and the president went to the neighbors.
It's a shame, of course, he sends humanitarian aid there, and here we are hungry
- I greeted him ... Well, Puthevy did not say anything: how much money was allocated, to whom how much area they will give, and so nothing more interesting. It’s a shame, of course, he sends humanitarian aid there, and we die here with hunger, ”the woman sighs“ I don’t work, my husband does not work, only for hiring if, informally. You won’t go to the Sorsky plant, you will not leave children at night. In the kindergarten, the benefits were removed, but you won’t even pay for a children's allowance ... I have two of them.
"The guns were taken away from everyone"
At the beginning of School Street, where the Frolovs live, there is the same house that Putin entered. Especially for him, the wallpaper was then pasted in the rooms, in the bathroom and toilet - they installed plumbing. The head of state seems to be satisfied.
- Everything sweats, everything is damp. The plates were delivered directly from the factory, they are raw! Slip-spaces, nothing dried, and therefore mold. But you can live, close only after that apartment, ”says the owner Vadim Rogatin .

Uncle Vadim, as his neighbors call him, lost a house with an area of more than 60 square meters, and now lives for 42. He has been falling the forest for more than 10 years and earned the right to early pension. Once a shaft with a sawn tree broke his leg: a lumberjack recalls that he woke up a few minutes later, lying on his side, with unbearable pain in an ankle. The leg has grown more or less, but since then, Rogatin does not work, but has been retired 12 thousand rubles.

“There is no work in Ust-Burea, guys,” he says. - You can go to the forestry, but they don’t pay anything there, even there will not be enough for bread!
Putin’s visit, Uncle Vadim recalls reluctantly.
-In general, all the hunters were taken away from all the hunters before his arrival, everything was sealed, hidden somewhere. In general, you understand! - winks the lumberjack.
When Putin came to inspect the village in 2015, only two houses were completely ready. In the office of the head of the village council of Larisa Czechina there is a photograph - the memory of the president’s visit to the village.

Some owners of the burned houses by that time had long lived in other places, but after the fire they unexpectedly received the right to restore burnt property. Locals, on the contrary, were often forced to prove that the burned house belonged to them.

“I will tell you two digits,” says Larisa Czechin. - The “real” firecrackers, that is, those who lived in the village at the time of the fire, 165 people, and received 320 people at home and various financial assistance. Twice as much.
The last house was built already in 2016. Since the houses in the new microdistrict are comfortable, the village council is now forced to maintain a water supply system. But there is not enough money. The village council is afraid that they will soon have to refuse to supply water to the rest of the village.

“On the other side of the railway line, we still transport water,” the head of the village council admits. - There are few such users left, but with the input of the water supply, the water became too expensive. Losses exceed income by seven times. Gold water turns out! I will again raise the question where to get the money? The budget of the settlement is only six months ... To this we must add that the village is not used to paying for housing and communal services. There is such a communism in quotation marks.

A cubic meter of water for a resident of a landscaped house costs 76 rubles. For comparison: in the district center Ust-Abakan-19 rubles. Given that there is nowhere to work in Ust-Burea, and the salaries and pensions are scanty, many here simply do not pay for housing and communal services.
"Spiritual, church man"
The inhabitants of Ust-Burea are spiritually enlightened by the local priest Venedikt Ermolaev. For 12 years he has been heading a parish equipped in the former house of the head of the forestry. The priest recalls how he actively participated in the extinguishing of a fire in April 2015.
- Our singers and I took the holy water, sprinkled, I put on, and we went to sprinkle the places where the fire was supposed to go. We walked, we sprinkled, ”says Ermolaev and assures that Holy Water stopped the spread of fire.

Father Venedikt is sure that fires forced the population of the village to be more seriously. Many then asked to consecrate new houses.
- Many after the fire came and switched, they were scared, because this is the anger of God, for sins, for vices, for not repenting. It was God's punishment! People Fire made me think about their lives. They reached for religion, ”the priest is sure.
When Putin arrived, Ermolaev went to the meeting, like the other first persons sat down. He says he would visit him to meet with the president now, he would not ask for anything, but simply thanked.
Personally, I am very pleased that we have such a president. This is a very spiritual person, one might say, church!
“I would thank Putin for his efforts, zeal, diligence,” says Father Venedikt. - Personally, I am very pleased that we have such a president. This is a very spiritual person, one might say, church!
"If only there was no massacre"
Smiling in 32 golden teeth, the former forester Boris Azevich meets journalists right in the middle of his court. His house survived during the fires of 2015. This year, Boris was reduced from forestry, not allowing to finalize only a couple of years to retire. But he does not lose heart: he began to breed livestock and lead the household. If the farmers of small villages of Khakassia (100-200 inhabitants) receive 500 rubles from the state for each head, then a resident of Ust-Burea is forced to rely only on himself. He has to take bread or other products from the villagers in credit, because cash appears only in the cattle season.

What difference does it make to us, with any power everything is fine! I'm not complaining. If only there was no mass of war ...
“Yesterday, the helicopters flew, but who is there in them - Putin is not Putin, I don’t know,” Azevich thinks. - What difference does it make to us, with any power everything is fine! I'm not complaining. If only there was no mass of war ... This is what is happening in Ukraine, we see on TV, but we do not. We live and do not complain about anything.
