On the night of March 3, unknown people shot Chernov’s car in the Vsevolozhsky district of the Leningrad region. The lieutenant colonel received eight wounds in the neck, shoulder, chest, hand and stomach.
On the evening of March 5, on suspicion of organizing an assassination attempt, the head of Chernov, Colonel of the FSIN Sergey Moiseenko was detained. The court placed him in custody. Crosses-2 will become the most modern pre-trial detention center in Russia, said Nikolai Lonchakov, head of the capital construction department of the FSIN in 2008. "The territory of the development there is 35 hectares - these are administrative buildings with a dining room and a tire, a gym, a pre -investigation department, a medical unit, two regime buildings of two thousand seats, a large household and storage zone, dormitories for service and so on. The buildings will be interconnected by transition galleries," he said.
