There is a place in Omsk where people with disabilities, large and small, are taken away by all means - from that familiar shell that separates them from us walking, sighted, speaking, hanging out. And do not heal them differently. In order to get to his feet, he needs to learn how to fly, and children with “outbred behavior” go out into our world as it is as difficult as us - to go into outer space.
But there is a way out, although it is usually difficult and long. In the rehabilitation center "Dawn" is treated with incurable-de-peasant, paraootists, children with developmental delays, adults surviving strokes, and traumatic brain injuries. They are placed on their feet, including using "cosmic" methods. This is a long way along the corridor of hope, where the output is a new light. But along the way, hope becomes more confident: a person begins to change from the first steps. And it gives him such power “Atlant” - a suit, invented many years ago and still used for the safety of pilots. The idea to apply it for the rehabilitation of patients with all these diagnoses occurred to Professor Valide Isanova. She has many titles and positions: Honored Doctor, the chief rehabilitologist of the Republic of Tatarstan, teaches at the Kazan State Mededector, gives lectures in Oxford, but as time falls, he immediately flies to Omsk.
“For this costume,” says Valida Adimovna “New”, “I drew attention to the Institute of Medical and Biological Problems of Cosmonauts.” It was developed in the West during the Second World War and is used in aviation to improve the blood circulation of pilots at high altitudes and speeds. I asked air designers to adapt it for our patients, prepared a task for them, and they coped with it perfectly.
Atlantes in the "dawn" are available on any height and size. They are dressed on people of different ages suffering from cerebral palsy, scattered sclerosis, developmental deviations, paraautism ... Impair, it would seem, are different, not related to each other in any way. But much in our body and brain, without visible connections, echoes. Atlant arouses in the body those forces that can doze all his life in it.
Professor Isanova explains to me the effect of the costume on the fingers: these cameras-hoses, the location along the back, arms and legs, filled with air, stretch the jumpsuit in those places that activate the receptors on the periphery that live in wheelchair users, which is why they are not able to use all the possibilities for the movement that are in their body. The receptors send impulses into the brain, and it awakens these sleeping areas. And then the patient with the help of assistants forces them to life.
This is the meaning of kinesiotherapy (translated from the ancient Greek - “treatment with movement”). This method differs from others in that the patient himself is fully involved in the process of his cure.
When they dress in the "Atlant" of the paraautists, they are also transformed, but not so:
- They, paraootists, move well without a suit, but their movements are chaotic, meaningless - in no way connected with the external environment. The costume through irritation of the same receptors gives them the opportunity to feel this connection - leads them out of their closed space, concentrates their attention on the fact that there is another world. The same thing happens when, for example, the mother hugs the child.
Paraiutism, says Isanova, neurotic disease. One of its reasons, and rather frequent is a lack of mother’s embrace in an early childhood. And the mother is not always to blame: “For example, complex births, the child was taken from the mother to save, transferred intensive care to the department, and there one nanny for a dozen children, here alienation from the world arises. It’s impossible to worry - he reaches for the nanny, and she grabbed another, and the one who stretched, closes in himself, as if to say - since you do not need me, then I do not need you. And there can be many similar situations: dysfunctional families or too prosperous, where parents are busy making money, and they are not up to children. And when the child grows up a little-in 2-3 years, deviations are found, and parents have a shock: they do not know what to do-after all, in our children's institutions, even specialized, no one is really engaged in such children. ”
A phenomenal costume teaches patients not only to walk, but also to speak.
On February 15, the mother of five children, Evgenia Ardovtova, made an entry on her page on Facebook: “Just a few classes under the Valida Isanova program, and our Irma showed the first results)) She used to pronounce chaotic sounds, and today she called her brother by name several times)) Well no limit !!! Many thanks to the angels working in the sanatorium "Dawn".
The professor replied: “I did not doubt success, the step -by -step overcoming of decoded problems on a scientific basis leaves no doubt about their surrender, and the girl understands this cool and starts!”

And here is another video: “I am 19 years old. My name is Denis Shumakov ... " The speech is slightly slow, but very intelligible. More than a year ago, Denis could not get up from a wheelchair himself, he hardly pronounced his words. Now it is expressed by whole phrases. On February 11, for the first time stood without support for almost a minute - evenly, straightening his shoulders. The program of its rehabilitation, compiled by Valida Isanova and the professors of the Omsk Medakademia, is designed for two years, and the guy performs it with a great manner of the schedule (see “New” dated 21.10.2015).
One of the last videos (published on YouTube 16 Fereval S.G.) is dedicated to the 6th-year Glory of Yurchenko. His mother says: “My child was born very difficult, could neither walk, nor sit, or crawl, or speak, the doctors said that he would not live for a long time. For two years we have been going to the Dawn rehabilitation center, classes in the Atlant costume according to the Valida Adimovna method gave us hope and support. ” Glory had a long list of diagnoses. He goes on the video, holding hands and leaning on the handrails, climbs the steps, sits almost straight, pronounces complex sentences and smiles in the news of his mouth.
And Glory learned to draw here (at first, the fear of paints was panic). But this is already in class according to a different method - in the "School of Alexei Borozdin." Borozdin - a musician, graduated in Novosibirsk in the Cohylonchelian conservatory, taught in Soviet times a music school and once noticed that the music is turning "unacceptable" children into talented ones. I decided to check my guesses. In the 91st year, he opened a school for children with disabilities in the Novosibirsk Akademgorodok. And then he won international grants - the funds of Soros, Solzhenitsyn, CAF and others. In the 97th he received the Prose Promotion Fund of Russia (by the way, this fund helped many unusual Russian children, and seemed to be more worried about them than the Russian state).
Children with any diagnoses - those who are refused by public schools, kindergartens, and medical centers are being taken to school. There are many evidence of people on autism forums whose children have passed this school. Here he writes an engineer from Kemerovo: “The illness of our son was discovered by the second or third year of life. For six months, the district psychiatrist examined him and said that our child was inconspicuously ill. They saw that she had lost all interest in him. We went to Kemerovo doctors of all levels. They all said about the same thing: “Believe in our experience, it is useless. Do not torture either yourself or your son. ” We decided to take him to Moscow, show the luminaries of domestic psychiatry. They got there successfully to the professor - a children's psychiatrist, for the first time they heard from her that our child can be promising, but only in the case of great luck and a huge ascetic work. She formulated the main task: "Gather the identity of the child." Now we know that this is exactly what they do at the Borozdin school ... We went to Novosibirsk, and there my Vova began to talk with an outsider, which he had never done before ... ".
There are many similar stories. Parents write that the doctors put an end to their children, and in this school they suddenly came to life, and they opened up the ability to music, drawing, and not only.
Two years ago, a branch of the Borozdin school opened in the dawn. Its leader Elena Tolpekina says:
- I went to Novosibirsk, observed how classes are taking place there, studied the methodology, which Aleksei Ivanovich grew up for more than 20 years, he received a patent for her. The greatest effect is achieved when three teachers work with the child, and these classes are held individually, in different offices, half an hour: music, visual activity (drawing, crafts made of plasticine, paper), speech development. Children move from one office to another, and we have a large room, where they gather together and do something together: draw or listen to music, prepare for the performance with their parents-we have our own theater.

The Plus Theater, where special children play is, as it were, the chamber scene of the Main Theater of Dawn, which deserves a separate description. He is self -sufficient (he does not receive a ruble from the state), one of the most successful in the city. There are no free places on the performances of the theater, but from February 8, S.G. An unlimited action is held here “with its chair - the entrance is free” (for the disabled - stroller and accompanying).
The creator of the theater Omsk project, more precisely, can be considered the ideological inspirer Irina Polezhaeva - the daughter of the head physician of the "Dawn" of Nutela:
- She also has a special child. Once they went with her to the Omsk Youth: I was struck by how she reacted to everything alive there. I thought: but not to start in the sanatorium (then he was not yet a rehabilitation center - G.B.) Theater? It began with this. Now Irka-the actress, does not play in the main roles, but really, he herself earns what is very important for her, it turns out a little-from 7 to 12 thousand, but still.
Natela Polezhaeva, the former wife of the son of the former regional head who ruled the Omsk region for 22 years, Leonid Polezhaev. It was after she separated from the main family that there were big problems at Dawn.
In Soviet times, the "Dawn" belonged to the Omsk oil refinery - the sanatorium and the clinic served its employees. And this connection was preserved until recently.
- And suddenly three years ago, the ONPZ canceled the tender that we won. And then I was called by Leonid Konstantinovich (at that time already a former governor - G.B. ) and ordered the clinic to give the plant. I did not. We came at night before the very new year, twisted the equipment that we were afraid to breathe, it costs 300 million rubles, threw it into trucks and took it to a cold warehouse.
And then the agreement with the Dawn was terminated by the regional Ministry of Labor and Social Development, then the Ministry of Physical Education and Sports and recently - the regionalmine. The state of the state from Dawn began from the moment the rehabilitation center appeared in it, where, using innovative methods, children and adults who are considered “hopeless” are cured.

- What is the uniqueness of our center? It works on the principle of “one window”: medical methods are combined with art therapy, pedagogy, and psychology. The main thing is that we understood: we must affect the brain, the patient’s body through all possible communication channels - visual, audible, kinesthetic, emotional ... Then he will reveal his entire potential. And be sure to adapt it to life so that he owns household skills. If they do not cover us, then there will be a professional training.
“It's more important that,” adds Elena Tolpekina. - Our patients are all unique, all are personalities. Therefore, an individual program is compiled for each, each rehabilitation cards are being started: according to kinesiotherapy, by creativity, in general education, in household skills. After each lesson, the teacher or the doctor writes at least two pages - what the child did, how he behaved. The nuances are important here: in order to know where to go further, you need to see the entire trajectory.
What is “pissing out” of paraootists? Music, theatrical trainings. “The director with children rides on the floor. Someone enters - he screams: close the door - you release all the energy to me! ” Thirty -eight children, together with their parents, participated in the performance staged in the Plus Theater. He consisted of different subjects, one of them - about Edison, who was excluded from school for “mental backwardness”. Einstein also suspected her - she did not talk until 5 years old, at 9 he spoke slurredly.
And who will undertake to predict the fate of the pupils of Dawn, to which state medical institutions were sentenced?
Five -year -old Matvey has two diagnoses - paraaautism and cerebral palsy. He was already engaged in Atlanta with Professor Isanova, and today he came to the classes of Borozdin’s school - for the third time, and he was no longer afraid of a brush or a glass of water (paraautists treat them at best).
After half an hour, mom takes the boy by the hand, and in his other hand he has a snowman - natural in 3D format, red nose, bucket on his head. "Look what he did to us!" - admires Natela Olegovna.
Everything would be fine, but he and his mother have to ride from the Russian glade to OMKS for 156 km, each time - there and back.
Yura was brought to the reabenter about a year ago, he was already 15. He did not know either the alphabet or numbers. He was aggressive. Now calm, friendly, can read by syllables and considers it freely.
“If he came to us at 5-6 years old,” says Elena Tolpekina, “could, like all children, go to school at 7 years old.” The younger the child, the more plastic the psyche, and he assimilates everything new faster. But no one wants to mess with special children - even specialized kindergartens.
Slavik’s mother confirms: “The son was not accepted into kindergarten, although it is called adaptive, they said: you do not suit us. And healthy children are suitable for them. It is strange: they receive additional funding for children with disabilities and should accept them in the first place, and healthy ones-if there are only places. How do they write reports there? "

“In the region of 7 thousand children with disabilities,” Natela Polezhaeva notes, “and they are not really treated anywhere, they are not adapted.” Yes, there are kindergartens, and rehabilitation centers in each area for which a lot of money are allocated, but in the best there is massage, physiocabines, prescribe pills. There are no results from such a treatment. And in children with developmental features, one prospect is a boarding school, a psychiatric hospital.
The head physician "Dawn" speaks frankly: to the state in the person of his Ministry of Health, Minobres, Minolets, these children are uninteresting.
At the end of last year, the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation held a competition for the best project of integrated rehabilitation under the Affordable Wednesday program. It was assumed that pilot projects will be implemented in two constituent entities of the Russian Federation and in the future spread throughout the country. Money for the event lies in the budget considerable - 6.2 billion rubles. Who to participate in the project, if not to Dawn, where complex rehabilitation with the help of innovation already gives real results? But the regional leadership considered that state support should not be provided. The head of the regional Ministry of Labor Vladimir Kupriyanov sent such an answer to Dawn:
“... a subsidy is provided, subject to co -financing, at least 30 percent of the expenditure obligation, which will amount to 45 million rubles annually. In the draft regional budget for 2017-2019, financing is not provided for participation in the pilot project. ”
45 million is a funny amount for a region that does not solve any of its problems.
“Officials treat these people not as living creatures, but as broken dolls,” says Natela Polezhaeva.
Now 40 paraootists and two dozen de -peers are engaged in the Dawn of the Dawn - this is less than the hundredth of children in need of rehabilitation only by the Omsk region (and if the center fell into the “Available Environment” program, its techniques would become mandatory for the whole country).
The day of such rehabilitation in the clinic, for example, Israel costs a thousand dollars, in the "dawn" - 6,200 rubles. The Social Insurance Fund reimburses to disabled people only one thousand. For the vast majority of Omsk, such treatment is beyond strength, even for whom it would become salvation.
In total, in Russia, according to Rosstat, there are 320 thousand strollers, for which to get to your feet is a pipe dream. There are even more children with "outstress behavior". If you add their relatives, whom the birth of such a child immerses in hopelessness, the score will go to millions.
