The former deputy of the Suyarvsky city settlement (Karelia) Vladimir Kamarkin instructed an administrative case of violation of the procedure for conducting public events. This was reported by the publication "Blueberries". The reason was a single picket dedicated to the inaction of local authorities who do not repair the roof of house No. 35 on Lenin Street in Suoyarvi. The police did not like that simultaneously with Nakarkin a single picket on the same topic was carried out by a massive resident Alexander Fedotov.
Kamarkin told the publication that they went around the house at a distance of 100 meters from each other, holding posters with appeals to the prosecutor of the district and the republic. After the picket was held, Nakarkin was called to the district police officer, where he was informed that he was holding the campaign “in collusion” with Alexander Fedotov and thereby the picket can no longer, in the opinion of the police, be considered single. Kamarkin refused to give explanations using the 51st article of the Constitution. The police promised him that he would regret it, writes the publication.
Nakavarkin himself, which is referred by Blueberries, believes that the initiator of the establishment of an administrative case on him may be the district prosecutor Oleg Bolgov, to whom one of the posters was addressed, which read: "No you - no corruption."

In November 2015, Nakarkin was sentenced to a fine of 30 thousand rubles in the case of calls for violation of the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation. The reason was the performance of Nakarkin at a rally in Petrozavodsk, where he said that a referendum on the department from Russia should be held in Karelia. In June 2016, in the footsteps of the sentence, Nadarkkin was deprived of the deputy mandate. He believed that the reason for the persecution was his attempts to achieve investigations of various violations by representatives of the authorities in Suoyarvi.
