A young man suspected of killing a 9-year-old boy was arrested in Germany

On the Internet, Hess also claimed that he not only killed a child, but also tortured a woman, trying to find out banking data from her. However, it was not possible to find the body of the second alleged victim. But in the apartment, located next to Marseille's dwelling in Safestrasse, a man was found after extinguishing the fire.
