The scandalously famous Russian actor and showman Nikita Dzhigurd received a passport of a citizen of a self -proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR). This was reported by the Donetsk news agency .
“I am proud that I have become a citizen of the DPR,” the agency quoted Dzhigurda as saying. The document presentation ceremony was held in Donetsk on Thursday, March 9, in the building of the migration service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic.
It is noted that the native of Kyiv Nikita Dzhigurda performed in support of the DPR back in 2014, when Donetsk personally visited the May holidays. Meanwhile, shortly before the artist showed other sympathies. In December 2013, he arrived in Kyiv to support the opposition rally of the opposition, who was held for the resignation of the President of the country Viktor Yanukovych and for European integration, who took place on the Maidan of Nezalevo. From the Euromaidan scene, a scandalous showman read poems of his own composition.
Four years ago, Dzhigurda stated that he wanted to get France citizenship. Then he explained that his wife, the famous athlete Marina Anisina, who is a citizen of this country insisted on this. However, this did not happen, and in 2015 it became known that the spouses were divorced.
Recall that at the end of November 2016, the DPR’s passport received a Russian actor, screenwriter and director Ivan Okhlobystin, who repeatedly publicly spoke in support of the inhabitants of Donbass. The passport was personally handed to him by the head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko.
It was reported that the DPR citizenship has a State Duma deputy, People's Artist of the USSR Joseph Kobzon. It was claimed that the singer became a national artist of the self -proclaimed republic and received honorary citizenship after speaking at the Donetsk Opera and Ballet Theater on February 23, 2015. Earlier, Kobzon was awarded the title of Honorary Citizen of the city of Enakievo and People's Artist of the LPR.
Kobzon himself has repeatedly denied reports about the presence of his citizenship of the DPR. The last time he announced this shortly after February 18, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the recognition of personality certificates, documents on education and autonomers self -proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics.
