A 23-year-old man is accused of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. Art. 214 of the Criminal Code ("Vandalism"), the website of the department reports.

"The investigation established that this citizen on May 8, 2016, about 20 hours, while intoxicated, came to the memorial located in the village of Zazhevka, at the 1536th km of the Chita -Khabarovsk federal highway, and from the paint spray with the paint, insulting the memory of the soldiers," the prosecutor's office said.
