RTVI reports that Dadina was taken to the Yakimanka police department.
The activist demanded to dismiss the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Karelia Alexander Terekh, his deputy Alexei Fedotov and the chief of IK-7, in which Dadin, Sergei Kossiev was serving his term. The picket continues human rights activist Lev Ponomarev.
Ildar Dadin was released on February 26, after the Supreme Court canceled his sentence on February 22. Earlier, the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation recognized criminal liability only on the basis of the repeated offense of the contradictory constitution.
Dadin became the first and only convict under an article on repeated violations at rallies (Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In 2015, he received three years in colony, but later the term was reduced to two and a half years. In November 2016, the activist announced torture in the IK-7 colony in Karelia. According to the results of the audit in the UK and the FSIN, they said that his words were not confirmed.
