
The judge of the Armenian Crimean Crimea, controlled by Russia, Tatyana Fedeneva fined the former member of the Crimean Tatar Civil Association "Asker" Seit-Ibraim Zayatullaev for 5 thousand rubles in the criminal case of the illegal crossing of the border. The Crimean human rights group said about the verdict issued on March 9.
The process went to one meeting. After the verdict, Zayatullaev was released from custody. At the same time, the period of its detention in the pre-trial detention center expired just on the 9th. Whether Fedeneva removed the obligation to pay a fine from the convicted person taking into account the time served in conclusion, human rights activists do not explain.
The maximum fine under Part 1 of Article 322 of the Russian Criminal Code, imputed by Zaitullaev, is 200 thousand rubles. On this charges, more severe sanctions are possible - up to two years in the colony.
The 19-year-old citizen of Ukraine Zayatullaev was detained on the night of February 9 to 10, but only the FSB announced only the 17th . It was claimed that the young man tried to "cross the border bypassing the checkpoint." During the survey, she reported the special services, the detainee admitted that "for more than a year he was part of the Crimean Tatar battalion named after Noman Chelibijikhan," where "specialists are being prepared for sabotage-terrorist acts in the Crimea, including on the territory of Russian passes across the state border."

The Vice-President of the World Congress of Crimean Tatars, the founder of Asker Lenur Islyamov confirmed that the political prisoner was a member of the association, but noted that two months ago he was "released" from business. Zayatullaev, said Islyamov was going to enter the Technological Institute on Continental Ukraine, but really missed his parents. “He is still a child,” said the founder of Asker. Islyamov also said that Zayatullaev is a good musician.
Later it turned out that the illegal decision on the sending of Zaitullaev in the pre -trial detention center was issued on February 11 by the judge of the Kiev district court of the annexed Simferopol Tatyana Rub, known as a number of unjust decisions. According to Part 1 of Article 108 of the Russian Code of Criminal Procedure (detention), Zayatullaev could not be arrested at all, since he was charged with a minor crime and at the same time he has a permanent place of residence in the Crimea - in Dzhankoy. She explained its decision by the availability of operational data on the involvement of the young man in a certain illegal activity, but did not specify what this involvement consisted of. In addition, the judge during the meeting forbade lawyer Taras Omelchenko to communicate with his client, thereby violating the right of Zayatullaev to defend.
On February 18, it was reported that the security forces do not intend to seek a real term for Zaitullaev . In any case, the investigator stated that he did not exclude for the arrested conditional sentence.
