
Investigators of Chuvashia opened a criminal case against a minor girl who is suspected of attacking a guardian of order. The attacker kicked the victim with her foot, pulled the police officer by the hair and scratched her face.
As part of the investigation, a forensic medical examination has been scheduled, the official website of the Republican Directorate of the IC of the Russian Federation reports.
According to investigators, in the evening of March 6, 2017, in the city of Cheboksary, a 17-year-old suspect was with his friend, who inflicted bodily injuries and informed the police about it. As a result, the girl was taken to the department of internal affairs to clarify all circumstances.
In the police station, the girl "was unhappy with the legitimate actions of the inspector for minors who conducted her survey and photography" and inflicted one hit on her foot.
Since in the actions of the offender the police saw the signs of a criminal act, it was decided to deliver it to the employees of the IC of the Russian Federation in accordance with the rules of investigation.
"On the way in the service car, the suspect grabbed the same police officer by the hair and began to shake, after which she scratched her face," the press release said.
When the car arrived at the building of the territorial investigative department of the RF IC, the girl again grabbed the inspector for minors by the hair and began to pull to herself, causing severe physical pain.
"The illegal actions of the attackers were suppressed," the Office of the IC of the Russian Federation noted.
Employees of the Department of the IC of the Russian Federation in the Kalininsky district of the city of Cheboksary were charged with an aggressive girl of part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Application of violence in relation to a representative of the authorities"). She faces a punishment in the form of five years in prison.
Over the past month, this is not the only attack on police officers in Chuvashia from aggressive women with sharp nails.
In Novocheboksarsk, faces scratched the police
On the evening of February 26, 2017, in the city of Novocheboksarsk, law enforcement officers arrived on a message about a fight in the entrance of one of the residential buildings, where they "found three young people and two girls."
In response to the demand to stop violating public order, a 30-year-old woman hit her hand and scratched her face to one of the internal affairs bodies.
Against the attackers opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code.
And in February, a 24-year-old resident of the same Novocheboksarsk was brought to criminal liability. Early on the morning of February 12, 2017, a drunken attacker was taken to the local internal affairs department for petty hooliganism, committed in one of the nightclubs. "Dissatisfied with the lawful actions of the police, she scratched the face of one of them," the investigation reported.
The criminal case was opened under Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code. The fact of the girl’s committing this crime is confirmed by her testimony, the evidence of the injured police and other eyewitnesses. The detainee also charged Part 1 of Art. 20.1 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("petty hooliganism").
We add that in mid-February, investigators of the same Kalininsky district of Cheboksar, who opened a criminal case against a minor girl, brought accountable to the 16-year-old teenager and his 21-year-old friend. Young people also attacked a policeman.
According to investigators, on the night of February 12, 2017, a 21-year-old suspect celebrated his birthday in Cheboksary. The celebration took place in a rented apartment in the village of Algeshevo. Among the guests was the 16-year-old friend of the birthday.
"The citizens living in the neighborhood turned to the internal affairs bodies, since the noise came from the apartment at night. The arrived police officers demanded to stop violating public order and disperse," the press release of the RF IC reported.
In response, the teenager inflicted a fist on the head with one of the police. “At that moment, the birthday man also ran out of the apartment, who also struck his fist by another policeman in the left eye, causing an abrasion,” the department of the IC of the Russian Federation noted.
Aggressive young people were charged with Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code.
