Who: Dmitry Buchenkov, Left activist, candidate of political sciences, deputy head of the Department of History of Medicine and Social-Humanities RNIMU named after Pirogov (Moscow), author of the Anarchists in Russia at the end of the 20th century.
For what: “Participation in the riots on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012” and “Application of violence that is not life -threatening in relation to a representative of the authorities”.
How much he served: is under investigation, detained on December 2, 2015, on December 3, the Basmanny Court authorized the arrest of Buchenkov at the request of the investigation. Spent about a year and three months in a pre -trial detention center.
Bottom line: March 2, 2017, the preventive measure was changed to house arrest.
In fact: Buchenkova’s lawyer Ilya Novikov claims that he was among the defendants in the “swamp business”, since he was “mistaken for a man in a black hood and a cap with a green visor who beat police officers in the video.” At the same time, the suspect has an undeniable Alibi: on May 6, 2012 he was in Nizhny Novgorod and arrived in Moscow only late in the evening. Buchenkov’s defense announced a reward of 250 thousand rubles. For any information about the "man in a black hood."

Who : Ildar Dadin*, a political activist from the city of Zheleznodorozhny.
For what: he was the first in Russia convicted of “repeated violation of the rules for conducting rallies and pickets” (Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
How much he served: he was detained on January 15, 2015 in Moscow for shares in support of Oleg and Alexei Navalny after the verdict in the case of Yves Rocher. Placed under house arrest. On December 3 of the same year, he was taken into custody and placed in a pre -trial detention center. On December 7, he was found guilty and sentenced to 3 years in a general regime colony (later the term was reduced to 2.5 years). In September 2016, IK-7 of the City of Segezha (Republic of Karelia) was transferred. In total, Dadin spent 1 year and 3 months in jail and colonies.
Bottom line: on February 22, 2017, the Supreme Court canceled the sentence to Ildar Dadin, decided to release him from the colony and recognized Dadin's right to rehabilitation.
In fact: Dadin demanded that the article of the Criminal Code by which he had been convicted was recognized as anti -constitutional. It really limits the provided Art. 31 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation the right to freedom of assembly. However, on January 24, 2017, the Constitutional Court refused to satisfy this requirement, although he called on to free Dadina personally, and also recommended that the Duma make changes to Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, clarifying that criminal liability on it could only occur if the actions of the violator entailed “harm to citizens, public security or other values”. The deputies have not yet responded to the COP proposal. Thus, fellow citizens can continue to be sent to prison for the right, which is given to them by the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

Who: Taisiya Osipova, an activist of the National-Bolshevik party prohibited in Russia from Smolensk, the wife of a member of the executive committee of the unregistered party “Another Russia” Sergey Fomchenkov (who later became the commander of the battalion in the army of a self-proclaimed DPR).

Long before the arrest of Osipov, she stopped participating in political actions and was engaged in the upbringing of her daughter, but before she was a rather bright figure in the Smolensk protest policy. On August 28, the case was revised, but Osipov was again found guilty and sentenced to 8 years in prison (although the prosecutor asked for 4 years). In total, she spent 6 years and 3 months in a pre -trial detention center and colony.
Bottom line: February 28, 2017 was released at parole.
In fact: Osipova in court claimed that the drugs were thrown to her, and the case was opened because of her husband’s political activity. During the judicial investigation, evidence disappeared from the case, the judge refused to defend many key examinations, it also turned out that one of the control procurement was not carried out at Osipova’s apartment (although the reverse was approved in the investigation). In April 2013, the ECHR recognized the conditions in which Osipova was kept in the Smolensk pre -trial detention center, "inhuman". Russia agreed with this decision and expressed its readiness to pay € 4600 compensation. In the spring of 2014, the operative of Nikolai Smolin, who worked in the Osipova case and testified in court, was detained for bribes and possible ties with the drug mafia. It was later proved that he repeatedly threw drugs to those who intended to extort bribes. Bottom line: pardoned by Decree of President Vladimir Putin on March 7, 2017.
In fact: Putin's attention was paid to Sevastidi's business during the annual press conference in December 2016 by the Russian Today journalist Ilya Petrenko. “In my opinion, indeed, this is a fairly tough approach. Honestly, I don't know the details. If she wrote something in her SMS messages, then she wrote what she saw, the president reacted. “Everyone saw this, it means that this was not any great secret.” Sevastidi herself claimed that she had sent a ill -fated message to the random acquaintance Timur Buskadze, who, according to the Russia 24 TV channel, turned out to be an employee of the Georgian special services, in April 2008, but the investigation refused to accept this information. According to the mother of Sevastidi, the content of the correspondence is also known. Buskadze asked: "Oksana, do you have tanks on the platform?" Sevastidi replied: "They stood before, I don’t know now." However, Sevastidi’s sentence is not canceled, it is only pardoned, that is, it remains a traitor. In addition, according to lawyers from the “team 29”, for the period from 2013 to 2016, 10 people were convicted in the Krasnodar Territory. Bottom line: from February 13, 2017, again under house arrest.
In fact: the troubles of Sokolovsky began after he posted a video about the game about the game in Pokemon Go in the Yekaterinburg Church on Blood. Only a few days have passed from the publication of the video to the arrest. As the investigation, the case increased the details, at first only “insulting feelings” were charged with the blogger, then the experts attracted by the investigation found signs of extremism in some of his videos; In addition, in September, during a search, he found a “spy pen” with a built -in camera, after which Article 138.1 of the Criminal Code was added to the list of accusations (“Illegal circulation of special technical means”).

Who: Evgenia Chudnovets, a cleaning lady in kindergarten (so in a sentence, according to other sources - a teacher) from the city of Katayska Kurgan region.

In fact: Evgenia Chudnovets, on her page on a social network, agreed on a video of mockery of a child in the local children's camp “Red Eagles” with an appeal not to leave without the punishment of educational institutions. The other residents of Kataysk, and in the summer of 2016, were drawn to the same video, and two counselors were convicted in this case in the summer of 2016. Nevertheless, the “Case for Repost” against the Miracle was opened. The verdict did not immediately manage to challenge the Prosecutor General’s Office, who took up the story of a Chuderovets after the case told Vladimir Putin during the annual press conference in December 2016, the journalist of the publication “Sign” Ekaterina Vinokurova. Now the world is at large, recognized as innocent and is going to do human rights. You can’t hold it here - this is a real thaw.
