Musicians Aleksey Shulga and Marat Sitdikov, who were detained for playing on the Arbat, were released from the Arbat District Administration (earlier it was erroneously reported that they were taken to the police station). They drew up protocols on trading with hands or providing services in an unspecified place (Article 11.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). At the same time, their tools were confiscated. According to Shulga, the council told them to come in two weeks, when the receipt was ready, and pay the fine, after which the instruments would be returned to them.
