In Volgograd, a rally against the abolition of minibuses was not agreed upon

The Volgograd City Hall did not agree on a motor rally against the cancellation of minibuses, declared as a "demonstration using vehicles." This is reported by the publication "V1.Ru".

The administration justified the refusal by the fact that, in accordance with the route of the rally, the event in some areas would have been less than a hundred meters from the authorities and buildings occupied by medical and educational institutions, which is contrary to the law, the newspaper reports.

The organizers planned to hold the event on March 14. Now they will try to issue it in the application not as a socio-political, but as a cultural and sports one, the newspaper writes with reference to Vadim Bondarenko, the general director of the Galant carrier company.
