The court fined an activist of the initiative group of affected customers Tatfondbank

The Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan on Monday, March 13, fined 10 thousand rubles of the leader of the regional branch of Parnas Marseille Shamsutdinov. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

The consideration of the case of another activist Aleksanda Yumanova was postponed on March 23.

About a hundred injured clients of Tatfondbank and Intetebank on March 4 came to the building of the Tatarstan government in order to transfer to the leadership of the republic a petition with demands. Among them were Marcel Shamsutdinov and Aleksanda Yumanov, who were detained and delivered to the police department No. 2 Vishnevsky a week later. Shamsutdinov was taken to the department from the hospital.

The police drawn up a protocol on an administrative offense under part 1 of article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (the organization of mass simultaneous stay and (or) the movement of citizens in public places that entrusted the violation of public order, the maximum sanction - administrative arrest for up to 15 days).

On March 3, the Central Bank withdrew licenses from three Tatarstan banks, including Tatfondbank. Outpositions were injured from the recall of the license, in whom the amount of deposits exceeded the insurance amount of 1.4 million rubles and customers of the bank, who were jerked by smaller deposits, so that they fall under insurance, as well as legal entities to which all funds in settlement accounts disappeared.
