About a hundred injured clients of Tatfondbank and Intetebank on March 4 came to the building of the Tatarstan government in order to transfer to the leadership of the republic a petition with demands. Among them were Marcel Shamsutdinov and Aleksanda Yumanov, who were detained and delivered to the police department No. 2 Vishnevsky a week later. Shamsutdinov was taken to the department from the hospital.
