In Belarus, after the end of the "Netuneusa marches", several dozen shares were detained. This was reported by the human rights center "Vesna".

The shares were held in many cities of Belarus. In Minsk, at least two and a half thousand participants gathered in march in the march, in other cities to the streets went from several tens to thousands of people. The shares were not agreed, but there were no incidents directly during their conduct.

The detention began when people began to disperse. Basically, the most active participants in the shares were detained - those who performed at rallies, carried stretching or the most “sharp” posters.

About 40 people were detained in Minsk. On the Bangalore Square, after a march of two trolleybuses, an anarchist group entered. Together with them, people in civilian clothes sat down. Having drove several stops, they tied a brawl. When detained in a trolleybus, tear gas sprayed. Ordinary passengers also suffered. About 10 anarchists were taken away on a minibus without identification marks. When detained, they beat a girl with a drum.

At the same time, the detention of other participants in the march took place. Activists were delivered to different RUVDs of Minsk. They make protocols. The police refuse to report information about the detainees.

At least nine people were detained in Mogilev. In Grodno, activists were taken to the police department, who on the march carried a stretch with photographs of the opposition leaders detained on previous shares. One of the women that the police officers tried to capture were repaired by passers -by, including those who did not participate in the rally.

In total, according to the "Vesna" in Belarus since the start of protest against the "Tuneusa tax", more than 120 people have been detained. This number does not include detainees.

In April 2015, the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, signed a decree on the "Tuneusa tax." The document affects the citizens of the country, as well as foreigners permanently residing in Belarus and stateless persons who did not pay taxes in the past year ("did not participate in financing state expenses") or paid them for less than six months. Such persons have the obligation to pay a fee in the amount of 20 basic units (about 14 thousand Russian rubles). The first term of payment of the fee expired on February 20.

Meanwhile, a few days before this date, February 17, the opposition held in Minsk an inconsistent march of crushed Belarusians , which several thousand people reached. Ahead of the columns carried a large stretch with the inscription "Basta!" On one of the banners deployed by the demonstrators, it was written "HTO Galona Darmad? Prezidant!"

It was the largest protest in the country since 2010. Despite the lack of approval, it passed without major provocations and other serious excesses. The police behaved very restrained.

At the rally, at the end of the march, it was decided to give the authorities a month to cancel the "tuneus tax". In case of refusal, the ex -candidate of the president, the former political prisoner Nikolai Statkevich, on March 25, on the day of the will, the anniversary of the proclamation in the 1918th Belarusian People’s Republic, said - a new action will be held. “If we are 10 times more than today - we will not only cancel the decree, but also dismiss this Hamlo, which illegally rules the country,” the politician noted.

February 26, large -scale protests took place in all regional centers of Belarus. At the same time, the demonstration in Gomel also gathered several thousand people. Protests in large cities repeated a week later, on March 5. In Brest, thousands of protesters blocked the main avenue of the city.

On March 9, Lukashenko suspended Decree No. 3 "On the Prevention of Social dependency", nicknamed the decree on "Tuneusa Taxi." The collection from persons included in the lists of "parasites" will not be recovered during this year. Lukashenko explained this decision by the need to make adjustments to the lists of "social dependents." He instructed this work until April 1.

It is not supposed to cancel the decree, the president assured. The cause of popular dissatisfaction with the decree, the head of Belarus called the irresponsibility of officials who made up the lists.
