The court fined rapper Ptach in the case of extremism

The Presnensky court of Moscow fined rapper Ptahu (David Nuriev, a participant in the Centr group) for 200 thousand rubles. He was found guilty of “exciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity, perfectly or using the media” (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the portal BFM.ru.

The decision to initiate the case was made after one of the concerts of Ptah in the Moscow club "16 tons". The Ptah, outraged that, according to the statement of the Anti -Dirus movement, his comrades Guf and Slim were detained, obscenely cursed to the activists of their movement. The investigation considered that in this way the rapper aroused hatred of a group of persons, united on the basis of "providing assistance to law enforcement agencies in the wanted list and detention of criminals."

Nuriev pleaded guilty, the trial was held in a special manner. Previously, the prosecutor asked for a year and a half of imprisonment a year.
