The former advertising operator in the subway suspected 700 million rubles in the embezzlement

Upon theft of the metro at the metro 728 million rubles, the former operator of Avo Sell advertising was opened a criminal case. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the Decree of the Internal Affairs Directorate on the Moscow Metro.

The case was made under the article Fraud (Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

Auto Sell received a five -year advertising contract in the subway in 2011. The company fulfilled its obligations from 2011 to 2015, but from April 2015, payments have stopped, the case file said. At the same time, the company continued to advertise and did not pay off the debt to the metro. According to investigators, the company "deliberately did not fulfill contractual obligations."

In 2015, the metro already sued 1 billion rubles from Auto Sell. The company was declared bankrupt in May 2016.

Auto Sell is associated with the hema auto -holding. The company "Trade Company", operating in the interests of Gema, received a new ten -year contract for advertising in the subway in August 2016.
