The Presnensky Court of Moscow imposed a fine of 200 thousand rubles on rapper David Nuriev (Ptah) for inciting hatred and hostility towards activists of the public organization Antidealer. The performer himself called the sentence deserved, RIA Novosti reports .

As the agency’s correspondent reported from the courtroom, although Nuriev called his punishment deserved, he said that “he will not change his opinion about these people and organizations.” The rapper also noted that he will no longer speak out about his opponents in a way that “gives them a chance to catch on.”
After the verdict, the court canceled the recognizance not to leave, so Nuriev can return to the touring schedule interrupted due to criminal prosecution. Before the trial began, Bird was also suspected of making a false bomb report the night before the verdict.
David Nureyev, known as Ptah, was accused of extremism in September 2016 for comments he made at a 2015 concert.
According to investigators, the rapper with his speech tried to “incite hatred or enmity against a group of people united on the basis of “assisting law enforcement agencies in searching and apprehending criminals” and who are representatives of the public organization “Anti-dealer.”
At his concert in 2015, Ptakha spoke obscenely about the activists of the organization and called on everyone who came across their car to write the word *** [male genital organ] on it, because “a normal kid will not become an activist.”
At the same concert, the rapper expressed the hope that one day the authorities will begin to “treat the rapper normally,” as well as that “the president will start blowing.”
