The power of Ukraine headed the people's initiative, although it still considers the organizers provocateurs

In the evening of March 15, the three largest national channels, Inter, ICTV and Ukraine showed an interview with President Petro Poroshenko. Such a practice - in especially important moments for the country, it was not aired with a monologue, but to answer questions - was introduced even under Yushchenko, continued with a creak under Yanukovych, and is not used too often now. The dimensions of the pool and representation in it depend on the political situation, and not only on the ranking of channels. Before, for example, Savik Shuster was always present among the interviewers. Today, the Schuster channel stopped broadcasting even on the Internet. The presenter himself claims: the pressure is carried out at the personal instructions of Poroshenko - for criticism.

They are not called the President of Ukraine and the 1+1 channel. There is a version that for the railway blockade of the uncontrolled territories of Donbass, which a month and a half ago began veterans of volunteer battalions, activists and other sympathetic citizens under the command of several people's deputies (the president speaks of the exclusively “so -called” action) is the owner of the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky. His romance with the authorities ended with a scandal and nationalization of Privatbank. “5 Channel”, which Poroshenko himself owns, was not included in the pool this time.

The owners of Inter are still the fugitive oligarch Dmitry Firtash and the ex-head of the administration Yanukovych Sergey Levochkin, “ICTV” belongs to Viktor Pinchuk, son-in-law Leonid Kuchma ”,“ Ukraine ”-Rinata Akhmetov.

The conversation with Peter Poroshenko was devoted mainly to one topic. The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (National Security and Defense Council) supported the president’s proposal, which sounded as follows: “I propose to decide on a complete temporary stop of transport - and not only railway - a message with the occupied territory.” According to Poroshenko, the ban will last until the enterprises stolen by militants will be returned again to the jurisdiction of Ukraine. An exception in the sense of travel will be made only for humanitarian goods - Ukrainian and through international organizations. And, of course, the checkpoints on the demarcation line will continue to work. Their number is promised to even increase in order to at least in this way slightly facilitate the fate of the people left behind the line. Civil activists will be able to control the course of the blockade (the mission is entrusted to the security forces) - but to control without weapons.

The anchors came off

Offering the National Security and Defense Council to completely block the movement of goods through the demarcation line, Petro Poroshenko looked a convinced opponent of such a measure. He called it the destructive factories and mines - the "anchor" with which this part of the Donbass region held on to Ukraine. Now the anchors came off. But the scenario of the amateur “blockade in quotation marks”, according to him, was “not written in our country,” because the authorities were forced to act on a pre -trial, intercept the initiative and not miss the “plane”, that is, Ukraine.

- Ukraine - like a plane that has two wings. The first is democracy, the second is order. And you can fly only when you have two wings ... I will not allow anyone to mock society, over volunteers, heroes, over new police officers, fighters of the National Guard or fighters of the Armed Forces, those who consider themselves a celestial! - Poroshenko was indignant.

A day earlier, a collision between the police and the column volunteers, who had not yet received a legal status, occurred at the checkpoint in the Donetsk region in the Donetsk region. Mutual insults, blows with batons, tear gas, deputy fists, kicks and “crusts” like a ram ...

And before that, one of the gearboxes took place. Video television channels were provided by the security forces themselves. Eloquent material evidence in the form of caste, knives, weapons, confused speeches of men of indefinite age and kind of occupation, emphasizing in biographies: “... had a criminal record” ... they cannot surprise the Ukrainian audience with similar plots: they were also shown on the eve of the “orange” revolution, and under Yanukovych, before the second Maidan. How long can it be able to depict a protest as a group of marginals!

But after more than 40 people were detained, supporters of the termination of trade with uncontrolled territories occupied the buildings of regional state administrations in Lutsk and Chernivtsi, demanding the liberation of the twin and the dismissal of the highest ranks of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, starting with the Minister Avakov. In Odessa and Vinnitsa, rallies with an ultimatum Kyiv gathered: you give the adoption of the law on the status of temporarily occupied territories! Passions in a society that divided in evaluating events - either activists are right, or, on the contrary, the notorious “connecting rod” is implemented - they were heated. It smelled of Maidan tires.

But Petro Poroshenko had no doubt. The president actually accused the organizers-the ex-combat of Donbass, the deputy of the Rada from the Self-Help faction Semyon Semenchenko, his non-confractional colleague, the centurion of the Maidan and the atoshnik Vladimir Parasyuk and the former journalist Egor Sobolev, also the deputy of the “self-help”-in the conscious destabilization of the situation in the country. Like, in fact, they, newly -minted oppositionists, do not need the release of prisoners, not the fight against smuggling and “blood trade”, but conflict and PR, calculated in the early elections in which Russia is interested.

- Sincere, open feelings of volunteers, everyone who sincerely supported these actions, simply used! He was indignant. And he uttered a phrase that is actively quoted because of the last verb: "I will not give them any early elections!"

The next parliamentary campaign should take place in 2019.

Rada on March 15 experienced stress. The morning meeting was opened by the vice speaker of Oksana Syroid, chosen at one time from “self-help”, and, therefore, the supporter of the blockade. In February, she presented the draft law on the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, where Russia was called the “occupier” - with all the consequences for the Minsk agreements.

A representative of the Popular Front, ex-combat Yuri Bereza, rose to the rostrum. His faction, together with the “Petro Poroshenko bloc”, did not support either the blockade or the bill. Ironically, the opposition block turned out to be a situational ally of two coalition forces. The birch called for listening to police officers in the session hall - participants in the conflict at the checkpoint in the Donetsk region. The military began to enter the hall, without waiting for a positive answer, the military began to enter - accompanied by a deputy from the Popular Front and adviser to the Minister of the Interior Anton Gerashchenko ...

The cameras showed how the vice-speaker took off the telephone (later the rays will tell you that she contacted the SBU and reported an attempt to “interfere with the work of the Rada in a militant form”) and immediately announced the meeting closed. Therefore, the police shared their impressions of communication with the Drachun-Deputy Parasuuk informally with their impressions. However, it is already known: the police of the Donetsk region turned to the Prosecutor General with a request to deprive the parasyuk of immunity and bring to criminal liability.

The government reacted to the official status of the blockade by extinguishing emergency measures in the economy for another month. However, Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman at the Cabinet meeting asked to take into account that this is still about emergency measures, but not an emergency, feel the difference! Even to the announced fan shutdown, I did not have to resort. “This means that we have perfectly prepared for winter,” Groysman praised himself, including Groysman. “We created a margin of strength, because we understood: they would block supplies (energy carriers from the Donbass. - OM ) only I thought, they (the leaders of the separatists. - OM ) will do this themselves, but made other people with the hands of other people.” But the problem, according to the prime minister, is that the margin of safety disappears ...

The next decision of the National Security and Defense Council, which was imposed by President Poroshenko, affected special economic sanctions for a period of a year for five "daughters" of Russian banks working in Ukraine. And again, the decision was made, intercepting the "people's initiative." The radicals in Kyiv and Odessa, which previously flooded the facades of the offices of red, like blood, paint, switched to the next level.
