
The Republic of Mari El turned out to be among the 15 regions of Russia, which failed with the planned increase in salaries among three categories of medical workers. This was announced on November 17 by the director of the Independent Monitoring Fund "Health", a member of the Central Staff of the ONF Eduard Gavrilov . He summarized the conclusions of the experts of the Health Foundation, based on the analysis of the data of Rosstat.
Gavrilov listed the regions that could not cope with the implementation of road maps: Voronezh, Kursk, Ryazan, Yaroslavskaya, Astrakhan, Ulyanovskaya, Tyumen, Omsk regions, the Republic of Kalmykia, Mari El , Tatarstan, Sakha (Yakutia), Karachay-Cherkess, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, and the Trans-Baikal Territory.
The May decree of the President of Russia and the roadmap to increase the efficiency of healthcare states that the average salary of doctors by 2018 should be 200% of the average in the region. Rosstat published data on the average salaries of health workers in different regions of Russia in 2016. The average salary of doctors in the country increased by 5.8% over the year and amounted to 50.7 thousand rubles, the average medical staff - by 4.4% to 28.2 thousand rubles, the junior medical staff - by 9.6% to 18.4 thousand rubles.
According to Maristat, the average salary of doctors in Mari El in 2016 amounted to 31,683 rubles, average medical personnel - 17,343 rubles, junior medical staff - 11,342 rubles.
