In St. Petersburg, an activist was detained at a single picket against the annexation of Crimea

In St. Petersburg on March 16, activist Alexei Bolgarov was detained at a solo picket against the annexation of Crimea to Russia. It is reported by Radio Liberty.

A series of single pickets took place on Nevsky Prospekt, it was dedicated to the third "Crimean" anniversary. Activists complained about provocations, due to which they could not start the event for about half an hour.

The police who monitored the pickets did not like the poster, which, among other characters, depicted Hitler with a swastika on his sleeve. This poster was held by Bolgarov, who was detained and taken to the 78th police department, accused of violating the rules for holding public actions. Whether a protocol was drawn up is unknown.
