In the village of Serebryanka of the Otdolnensky district of the annexed Crimea in the village of Serebryanka, in the village of Serebryanka, in the absence of the hostess - the wife of activist Natalia Balukh, unknown people are visited. This was reported on Friday by the Crimean human rights group.
Returning home, the wife of Politsek told human rights activists, she repeatedly discovered that things in the room were shifted by someone from their seats. In particular, someone penetrated on Thursday, when Baluh went to the district center for trial of her husband.
In the morning on Friday, a staircase was put to the activist’s house. She led to the attic window, where, according to the accusation, during a search and cartridges and TNT checkers were allegedly found, the storage of which was charged with the Baluha. At the same time, a piece of linoleum, covering the window, was shifted.
Politzeck's wife immediately called the local district police officer Sergei Vlasenko and asked to appear and check the attic. She noticed that she was afraid to climb there on his own. However, Vlasenko refused the request, dissuading what was on duty.
Preliminary hearings in the Baluha case were held on March 2 . Two weeks later, on the 16th, a trial was opened on the merits . The process is conducted by Judge Maria Bedritskaya. The lawyer Tarara Omelchenko defends Politzek.
Baluh was detained by FSB operatives on December 8, 2016 following a search in the houses of his mother. It is enclosed in Simferopol SIZO-1.
Part 1 of Article 222 of the Russian Criminal Code (illegal circulation of ammunition), a 46-year-old activist threatens to four years in a colony. According to the prosecution, the security forces found 90 rounds and several TNT checkers. Politzek does not plead guilty. He insists that the operatives themselves threw ammunition.
In December 2013, in the first weeks of the Revolution of Dignity, Baluh hung a red-black flag of the Ukrainian rebel army over his house. After some time at night, this flag was secretly disrupted, and the farmer replaced it with the national flag of Ukraine. The activist did not recognize the annexation of Crimea and did not apply for Russian citizenship.
In 2015, the case was opened against Balukh under Article 319 of the Russian Criminal Code (insulting a representative of the authorities). In June 2016, he was sentenced to 320 hours of compulsory work . The verdict was pronounced by the same judge Bedritskaya, who is now considering the new case of Politzek. Baluh refused to serve his work, and he was replaced by 40-day arrest.
On November 29, a week and a half before the detention, the activist attached a sign on the wall of his house on the wall of his house "Wulitz Heroes of Heavenly, 18" . The authorities demanded a sign to remove, threatening the persecution, but Baluh ignored the demand.
On January 23, 2017, Omelchenko’s lawyer said that his Baluh was subjected to beatings in the pre-trial detention center . Also, Politsyk repeatedly complained about unacceptable conditions of detention and refusal to medical care.
As the human rights activist Alexander Krylenkov reported on his FB page, at the hearing on March 16, four witnesses of the prosecution were interrogated: two police officers, Natalia Baluh, as well as one of the inhabitants of Serebryanka.
The wife of the Politzeck said that during the search on December 8, at least 16 people were in the house. They moved around the house and went into the premises on their own, unaccompanied by the owners. If cartridges and TNT checkers are detected, Natalya Balukh added, she was not present.
The villain testified in favor of the defendant. He said that Baluh did a lot for the development of the region. The witness also said that the activist nominated several times to the head of the settlement and gained almost half the votes in the elections.
The security forces from OP "Razdolnensky", one of whom was the deputy chief of the department, said that the FSB was initiated by the search and his mother. The protocols were drawn up by special services operatives.
The following hearings will take place on March 20, the beginning at 11 o’clock. At this meeting, Judge Bedritskaya decided to forcefully deliver the son of Baluha, who is in South America.
