The head of the administration of the municipal formation of the city of Krasnodar, Evgeny Pervyshov, recommended that individual entrepreneurs and heads of commercial organizations set workers’ wages at least 40 thousand rubles.

The resolution on this was published on the website of the Krasnodar City Hall under No. 1048 “On additional measures for social support of the working population of the municipal formation of the city of Krasnodar in 2017.”

The cost of living in the country is 9,776 rubles, for the working population - 10,524 rubles.

This resolution of Evgeniy Pervyshov is advisory in nature. According to the law, he has no right to set salaries for employees of commercial organizations.

But he is quite capable of figuring out what the real salaries of employees of municipal budgetary institutions are.

Not the average salary across institutions, but how much people actually receive for their work.

And it’s high time for him to do this.

And when Evgeniy Alekseevich is convinced that the salary of a significant part of the employees of municipal institutions does not reach half of the amount specified by him in Resolution No. 1048, he will have to recommend to himself to increase it.
