The court in Yekaterinburg decided that the rally against corruption undermines the constitutional order

The Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg did not satisfy the claim of supporters of politician Alexei Navalny against the Ministry of Public Security of the Sverdlovsk Region, which banned a rally against corruption in the city on March 26. It is reported by the portal 66.ru.

Ministry spokesman Oleg Malishevsky said that the rally can be interpreted as an action aimed at undermining the territorial integrity of the state, forcibly changing the constitutional order, undermining the security of the state and agitation aimed at inciting social and national hatred. What exactly this is, the official did not explain.

The court sided with the ministry and refused to allow Navalny's headquarters to hold a rally on Labor Square.

The all-Russian campaign “He is not Dimon to us” is scheduled for March 26. The reason for it was the investigation of the Anti-Corruption Foundation of Alexei Navalny about the property of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. Earlier, the authorities of a number of Russian cities refused to approve the rallies.
