The court ruled to bring activists Olga Trifonova, Maria Konosova and Vera Goryachikh to administrative responsibility under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and imposed fines. Their dimensions are not yet known.
“The cases were considered in the absence of detainees who did not appear, and also, for a good reason, me as their lawyer. The formal grounds for such judicial arbitrariness are not clear, before the start of the hearings, reasoned petitions were sent to the court and handed over to the judge to postpone the consideration of cases due to my being in Moscow, ”wrote Idrisov.
He also said that after one of the girls in the dormitory received a notice of a subpoena, the administration of the university and the dormitory began to threaten her with expulsion and call her an extremist.
