"Vedomosti" spoke about the agreement on the section "Euroset"

Vimpelkom and Megafon, the owners of Euroset, approved the Scheteler section, write Vedomosti.

According to the sources of the publication, MegaFon will buy a 50% retailer from Vimpelkomom and bring its share to 100%. Vimpelcom, in turn, will receive 2000 Euroset salons from the available 4200.

Information about the amount of the transaction is different - according to one interlocutor, Vimpelcom will pay Megafon about 1 billion rubles on the expense of the Euroset debt, and according to another, the amount of the transaction is 1.2 billion rubles. The section should be completed by the beginning of 2018, the sources of Vedomosti are added.

It is clarified that one of the terms of the transaction is to preserve the management of Euroset. It is also not planned to reduce the network personnel - the retailer as a whole will continue to function autonomously from MegaFon.

The duty of Euroset is now about 9 billion rubles, the newspaper reports.

The possible separation of Euroset “Vedomosti” was first written in May 2016. The source of the newspaper then said that operators who seek to conclude the largest number of contracts with subscribers are unprofitable to contain a conditionally independent telephone sales network.
