Golovenkovsky orphanage - a boarding school for mentally retarded blind children is located in the village of Golovyenkovsky at 30 kilometers south of the city of Tula. Today, more than 150 children live in the boarding school, each of whom has a mild, average or severe degree of mental retardation, most of them have no parents.

The volunteers of the Vobrulezer public association went to the village of Golovyenkovsky in order to transfer humanitarian aid to the orphanage, which they managed to collect in two weeks. Dozens of sets of clothing donated by caring people and the Creation Foundation, developing games, soft toys, building materials, facade acrylic paint, wallpaper ... and 21 kilograms of sweets.

Our group came to the meeting place of the first - by 6:00. At the wheel - volunteer Bach Hasanov. He was born in Tajikistan and since 1995 lives in Moscow, but he has not yet been used to the metropolitan bustle.

The story of Bahi Hasanov

The son of Khasanov was six years old, when he received a disability, six months the boy had to lie in the Moscow Regional Children's Clinical Trauma-Orthopedic Hospital. Bach often came to his son and always brought “several kilograms of tangerines and milk”, treated other children.

- In the same ward with my son lay an armless boy, he could not talk and, perhaps, he had a cerebral palsy. Once I came to the ward, and he screamed, I went up to him and stroked his head. From that day I can’t forget his face, the satisfied face of an armless boy. The doctors did not know what to do with him, he often screamed and fought his head on the bed, but when I came, he always rejoiced, no one could understand why.

After 10 years, Khasanov ran into another person who was very in need of his help.

-A woman in Pushkino with three disabled children lives in a private house without a bathroom and a toilet. All three are sick with diabetes. The older boy is 13-14 years old, he wears an insulin pump. A woman often does not have enough funds to maintain children. I buy them food, medicines, but she refuses money, as if she is ashamed to take it, ”says Khasanov.

Bahi’s mother is also a disabled person, she had recently made her legs prosthesis. Previously, she was a volunteer, helped send a load of 200 and 300 ( military terms denoting the export of the deceased and wounded soldier, respectively , - ed. ).

Khasanov’s story now and then interrupted calls to the Zello mobile walkie -talkie. He takes a smartphone and responds briefly, leaving the gaps between the words, as if sending a signal using an alphabet of Morse.

The Zello Internet for the detachment is the main means of communication and information exchange. Volunteers are connected to the Community Communications channel via Wi-Fi or another data transfer method. In the operational channel "AL - up to 200 people are already present. There is a rule in the detachment: not to go on air intoxicated, not to use profanity and not to discuss political and religious topics. “Because there is our Crimea, but there is Crimea not ours,” the volunteers joke.

On the way to the detachment, the Tula rescuer and industrial climber Ruslan Parshutin joined the detachment. He, as part of the public detachment, Lisa Alert is engaged in the search for missing people.

- My specifics are “losses” in the natural environment. When a person was found, you rejoice when the cargo-200 ( dead - ed. )-you are sad. In general, a cattle person who gets used to everything. So I'm used to it.

The column of black cars drove into the courtyard of the Golovenkovsky orphanage, and the volunteers began to unload things. The pupils of the boarding school were already waiting for us at the door. After long greetings and hugs, the children began to carry things, they grabbed from the volunteers from the bags of the bag and boxes and rushed to the gym, as if they were handed over the regulatory standard for a short distance.

The children immediately noticed Anna Kutuzova among volunteers, she had already come to their orphanage two years ago.

“In the club we are friends with families, we meet and collect things for charity twice a year, as a rule, more than 50 gazelles come to the meeting,” says Kutuzova.

In addition, Anna collaborates with the Gdedetdom.rf project and every year receives letters from regional boarding schools, where there are children with a heavy form of cerebral palsy. She selects letters and turns to the leadership of the orphanage, announces the upcoming trip on social networks and organizes it.

- We collect things in a day, for two, as a result, as a rule, a four -meter gazelle is filled. But, before the trip, things still need to be sorted out so as not to carry dirty clothes with spots. As a result, about 20 % of things we cut off, ”the girl explains.

As Kutuzova herself recalls, she began to engage in charity, when she decided to throw out unnecessary things from the house and thought that they could come in handy for someone.

Having shipped things, we headed for the classroom classes along a long corridor. Throughout the building, we were accompanied by a yellow convex ribbed line stretching along the floor - tactile tiles for the blind. It was established back in the time of the Soviet Union. The institution was built in 1972 at the expense of the All -Union Society of the Blind, in the boarding school of children from all over the USSR. True, today there are almost no children with complete blindness in the institution, ”says Marina Vasyukhno, head of the pedagogical part of the orphanage.

The boarding school building is divided into three buildings - for boys, girls and a corps of mercy. In total, the institution live more than 150 children aged four to 18 years, 90 of which are boys. According to the report of the orphanage for 2015, most of his pupils have no family, the children either were left without parental care or became orphans.

-In the family of a disabled child, they pamper too much, while they do not undertake to train him, but do everything for him. Somehow they brought to us a guy 16 years old above me. Grandmother says, - we usually wipe him with the ass, who will wipe him with the ass? - recalls Vasyukhno.

In the Golovkovo orphanage with pupils, defectologists, speech therapists, psychologists and other specialists are engaged in every day. More than 40 teachers work in the boarding school. Some pupils are taken to classes at a correctional school in Shchekino's year, 12 kilometers from the boarding school.

- The level of training approximately corresponds to kindergarten. In the 9th grade, the guys undergo Russian and literature, drawing. But, nevertheless, this is a conditional education, it is difficult for them to count up to 20, ”says the head.

In the year, the state allocates about 100 thousand rubles for the maintenance of each child, this amount includes payment of electricity and water. On the food of the pupil of the orphanage, 180 rubles are spent a day. At the same time, each child from birth receives a social pension of 12 thousand rubles per month. Children can receive round amounts accumulated over the years after the occurrence of adulthood. However, at the request of the child and with the permission of the guardianship authority, the organs of the organs can use the personal accumulation of the child to buy him a phone, computer or bicycle. But, according to Vasyukhno, "such children will never be able to live on their own, they always need someone who will follow them and help."

Passing through the building of the orphanage, we went to the training classes and game rooms, and everywhere we were greeted by happy children who really needed human attention. They all wanted them to be hugged, stroked and talked to them. Many guys were interested in gadgets, gaining access to smartphones and cameras, they were versed in the device in a matter of seconds and began to photograph everyone in a row. More gadgets of children were only interested in a tattoo on the hand of the rescuer Karen Agamalyan.

“All life went through the letter E, in the hospital they made a mistake. But now I am so alone in the whole world, ”Karen Agamalyan jokes. By profession, he is a cook, an international class diving instructor and a valid lifeguard. In 2012, Agamalyan was a member of the group to eliminate the consequences of floods in Krymsk ( Krasnodar Territory , Ed. ). He disassembled the rubble, delivered humanitarian assistance to the victims. He participated in the liquidation of the consequences of emergencies after an explosion in a house on Kutuzovsky Prospekt in Moscow, a fire at a former ZIL factory and the crash of an airplane on the Kiev highway in Vnukovo. Agamalyan is one of the organizers of the Virtyer detachment. He hopes that in the future the project will be able to become a platform that will unite the volunteer communities of Russia.

- Today the detachment lacks precisely human resources. Every day we get one or two calls with a request for help, of course, this is negligible in comparison with the number of applications that passes on the Lisa Alert hotline-this is about 80-90 challenges. But we are still growing, we hope that in the future there will be so many people on the detachment channel that the volunteer’s response to the call for help will be instant, ”Agamalyan hopes.

After a small tour of the orphanage, the “ALOWER” squad began social work. The men took up shovels and went to scatter the snow, and the girls were offered to do a cleaning in a wooden temple under construction, in which the rehabilitation center of the Orthodox Education will be located.

- A public association of volunteers who are ready to help in an emergency. In the detachment there are representatives of search and rescue services, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, DPS, PPS, Ministry of Defense, doctors, members of the car and motorcycle communities, volunteer associations and charitable foundations.

The main direction of the detachment is the help of unprotected segments of the population. Auto -soldiers take the disabled to the right place, to the hospital, to a concert in the theater. The detachment is also engaged in the exchange of operational information on the Zello radio channel, the search for missing people in the hotline of the Lisa Alert rescue squad and charitable targeted assistance to those in need.
