After the “final refusal”, the Moscow City Hall offered Navalny for a rally

The Moscow City Hall proposed holding an anti -corruption action on March 26 in Maryino or Sokolniki, writes Alexei Navalny on her blog.

Earlier, the mayor's office refused a policy in Tverskaya Street and did not provide an alternative site. After that, Navalny, on the basis of the decision of the Constitutional Court, found that the rally in this case was considered agreed.

Navalny refuses to hold the action in Maryino and Sokolniki and insists that it should take place on Tverskaya Square.
