Novosibirsk asked Volodin to extend the resettlement program of dilapidated housing

The City Council of Novosibirsk appealed to the federal authorities with a request to extend the program for co -financing the resettlement of dilapidated and emergency housing. The City Council unanimously supported the appeal at the session on March 22, the press center of the city hall said. In early March, the head of Novosibirsk addressed the Congress of municipalities in Russia with initiative to extend the resettlement program of dilapidated housing.

The appeal is addressed to the State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev and the chairman of the regional legislature Andrei Shimkiv. Deputies invited them to prepare amendments to the federal law that would extend the co -financing of the program from the budget of Russia, which ends on September 1.

“With the financial support of the Housing and Public Utilities Reformed Fund from 2008 to 2016, 242 multi -apartment emergency houses were resettled,” the appeal says. - The total amount of funds received by the city amounted to more than 2 billion rubles. More than 2.3 billion rubles were sent from the budget of Novosibirsk and the region. As a result, 2835 families (7454 people) received new housing. ”

At the same time, more than 140 apartment buildings recognized as emergency after 2011 no longer fall under the federal program, and 4.3 billion rubles are needed to resettle them. “Today, the city budget is not enough money to resettle the specified volume of the emergency housing fund,” the deputies said.
