The KGB of Belarus has opened a criminal case under the article on participation in the riots against the detained 26 activists of the White Legion and the Young Front, TUT.BY reports. The White Legion is a paramilitary nationalist organization that actively operated in Belarus in the 1990s, but in the mid-2000s broke up. In recent days, on the pages of opposition in social networks, provocateurs published an appeal released on behalf of this structure. The document announces the organization’s intention to undertake an armed performance against the Lukashenko regime. “As soon as a few days ago, a letter appeared on behalf of the White Legion, it became clear that someone needs an enemy in the country,” said the founder of the White Legion Sergey Bulba (China). “I have the impression that someone creates a picture specifically for Lukashenko.”

On March 25, a large action is planned in Minsk demanding a complete cancellation of the decree on the "Tunejadism tax" , as well as the resignation of President Alexander Lukashenko. The organizers urge it to take part in it of both capital residents and citizens from the regions. The next day, on the 26th, protests are supposed to begin throughout the country.

On Tuesday, Lukashenko spoke about the detention of dozens of armed militants who were preparing a provocation .
