The Oktyabrsky District Court of Saransk imposed a fine of 1,000 rubles on the organizer of the anti-corruption rally, Kirill Matyavin, finding him guilty of an offense under Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism). Matyavin was detained on March 23 in Saransk. It was reported that when he left the house, a girl approached him and asked where the pharmacy was, and then started screaming that she had been hit. Matyavin was taken to OP No. 1, where his phone was confiscated.
