The government extended the "experimental" tariff "Plato"

The fare along federal routes for trucks weighing more than 12 tons from April 15 will increase to 1.91 rubles per kilometer, follows from the government .

According to the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, Maxim Sokolov, the tariff was increased "for an indefinite period."

Earlier it was assumed that from April 15, the tariff will double, to 3.06 rubles. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev proposed to extend the “experimental” tariff for Plato on March 23. According to him, the fare should be increased by only 25%.

As RBC wrote , the decision not to raise the tariff was doubled after the meeting of Medvedev with representatives of associations of dial-piercing drivers.
