So, here - after the federal media was written about the garbage lawlessness in Kanevskaya, television vanities came out, and the governor Veniamin Kondratyev personally intervened in the situation, some of the containers were returned. By the way, the prosecutor’s office tried to somehow intervene in the situation, but without much enthusiasm.
- Not container sites were returned to us, as before, but single containers. They threw people like a bone to shut up - such an opinion of the inhabitants. Where they simply threw it into the mud, where they put it on the tires, where people, depending on loyalty, are directly on flower beds. Every day, trucks with hundreds of tons of garbage come from Sochi. As a result, Kanevskaya turned into a regional landfill. The problem is that the landfill is located very close to Kanevskaya - 390 meters. A monstrous stink stands over the village all year round. In addition, the fences around the landfill are not high enough, and there is too much garbage - as a result - a huge territory around the landfill, forest belt, fields, roads are littered with garbage, which transfers the wind, - indifferentns write. - Numerous letters, appeals to environmental supervisory authorities, the administration of the Kanevsky district and the Krasnodar Territory do not change anything - the administration blinds the eyes to the problem of people. The head of the Kanevsky district, the Kanevsky rural settlement, the regional authorities and Rospotrebnadzor do not react to the complaints of residents. The prosecutor’s office does not take effective measures. This is despite the fact that the request for the transfer of a landfill outside the settlement has been sounding for more than ten years. Thousands of people breathe with poisoned air daily. ”
For a few days, more than 800 people signed the petition.
By the way, a landfill in Kanevskaya has been operating since 1996 and, according to stanitsa, has already exhausted its resource.
