According to Sochi News , at the approach to the square a tent with the symbols of the “Young Guard” was put up, which was celebrating the Day against Epilepsy.
A dozen and a half activists walked around her with purple ribbons that symbolize this date.
By 15:00, young people began to slowly flock to the square, some of whom had other symbols - sneakers thrown over their necks.
And one of them brought a large cardboard model of sports shoes. Soon the accessible area of the square was completely filled with people.

However, not everyone managed to get to Komsomolsky Square. News emerged that 10 to 15 people were stopped on the way and taken to the police station on suspicion of stealing sneakers from the store.
The chief of police of the Central District, who was present at the scene, confirmed the fact that the young people had been taken to the department, but could not clarify the exact number of detainees.
Then one of the organizers of the walk, Vitaly Nebieridze, addressed those gathered with a call to raise the hands of those who are against corruption. After this, the police asked Nebieridze to go to the police station.

The activist, accompanied by a lawyer, set off on foot to Gorky 60. Most of the protesters also went to the police department.
We are sitting in the police department at Gorky 60 with a detainee. We hear people chanting something. Inspiring.
