In Yeisk, a member of the YABLOKO party held a picket against corruption

Today, March 26, in Yeisk, activist Alexander Korovayny went out on a one-man picket against corruption. Thus, the city joined the All-Russian action against corruption “He’s not Dimon for you.”

An activist of the YABLOKO party decided to hold his action to draw the attention of city residents to the problem of corruption in Russia.

“I distributed leaflets with links to the FBK investigation about Dmitry Medvedev and the investigation of the YABLOKO party about the dachas of Putin, Medvedev, Tkachev and Patriarch Kirill on the Black Sea coast,” the activist reports.

“I am not a fan of Alexei Navalny personally, but I am concerned about the problem of total corruption that has developed in our country. Everyone, including government officials, is talking about the need to fight it. But there is no real struggle yet. And it's not just about Medvedev. And Serdyukov?! And many others?! It’s time to change something,” explained Alexander.

Let us remind you that the investigative film of the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) about the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, entitled “He’s Not Dimon,” gained more than 10 million views on the YouTube video hosting service in 2.5 weeks.

The investigation of the foundation created by the famous oppositionist Alexei Navalny is devoted to an extensive network of charitable foundations associated with the head of the Russian government. According to FBK, through these funds Medvedev owns estates, yachts and vineyards in Russia and abroad. Dmitry Medvedev himself did not publicly comment on the accusations voiced by the Anti-Corruption Foundation.

On March 26, 2017, mass rallies were held in many Russian cities demanding an official response from the authorities to this investigation.

The actions attracted thousands of participants throughout Russia, the exact number is impossible to determine, most of all in Moscow - about 15 thousand, and St. Petersburg - about 8 thousand.

Participants in peaceful protests were subjected to illegal detention.

Thus, most of those detained were in Moscow - about 800 people; more than a hundred people were illegally detained at the “He is not Dimon to us” rally in Krasnodar. In Sochi, about 200 people gathered for the anti-corruption action “He is not Dimon to us,” some participants in the peaceful action also failed to avoid illegal detentions.
