The detainees at the Moscow rally against corruption are not allowed by lawyers

The metropolitan police refuse to let lawyers let the detained participants in anti -corruption protests in the center of Moscow. In the absence of human rights defenders, representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs want to issue administrative protocols on the detainees under Article 18.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. About this on his page on Facebook was told by lawyer Sergey Vasilchenko.

“They don’t let anyone in: defenders, lawyers. The police were barricaded, hidden in a booth and turning off the light. In touch with the detainees, they will break out. Who can, complain about the representative of the detainee. It’s very cold on the street, and the detainees are bad and scary,” Vasilchenko noted.

According to one of the detainees - Alexei Chanyilo - ten people who were delivered to the Avtosak at the Metro -Coroid police officer remain without legal support. He emphasized that the police do not call the reasons why citizens are limited.

The wife of Changelo clarified that her husband was detained during the day near the Chekhovskaya metro station. “They loaded it in a car Zakam and sent in an unknown direction. Thanks to Google, we learned that it was the Bogorodskoye police department, where they tried to select the phone from him, hit and left to sit in the car carrier for another three hours without decorating. After which we decided to transport again. Now it turned out to be the MetroGorodov OVD,” said Mila Geranina.

According to her, the protocols are not drawn up in this department, the lawyers are not allowed there. “A crowd of people stands in front of the building and they are not allowed by order of a higher leadership,” Geranina added.

Note that, according to the latest data, about 850 people were detained during an unauthorized action against corruption. The TASS State Agency, however, reports 500. Among the detainees was the inspirer of protest - oppositionist Alexei Navalny. In addition, the police detained all employees of the main office of the Corruption Fund (FBK). They are now being checked for extremist statements.
