Detentions at Anti-Dimona in Moscow

Due to the loss of contact with detainees in some paddy wagons and police departments, the data may not be complete - they will be updated. We ask detainees from police stations who were still in police stations at 06:00 am to report their release to the OVD-Info hotline : 8 800 707-05-28

Released on an obligation to appear at the police station on March 29:

• Lefortovo Department of Internal Affairs - 33 people, registered under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 part 5 and 19.3 Code of Administrative Offenses, 8 people were left overnight, on March 27 they were brought to the Tverskoy District Court, about 6 people were left for the second night
• OVD "Nizhegorodsky" - 13 people, issued 19.3 and part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Administrative Code, 7 people remain in the police station for the second night

Convicted on March 28:

• OVD "Krasnoselsky" - 4 people, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation, they were left at the OVD for the night, they remain for the second night
• Department of Internal Affairs "Textilshchiki" - 2 people, filed a violation of Part 1 of Art. 20.2, one detainee was hospitalized, the other is awaiting trial on March 28 in the Tverskoy District Court
• Preobrazhensky OVD - 34 people, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation, some of those detained in the Tverskoy District Court, some in the OVD until March 28, about 7 people remained in the OVD for the second night
• Izmailovo OVD - 41 people, some were taken to the Severnoye Izmailovo OVD, Vostochnoye Izmailovo OVD (11 people) and Perovo OVD. Six detainees who spent the night at the Izmailovo police station were brought to the Tverskoy District Court on March 27, three people were sentenced to 10 days, one to 8 days, another to 7 days, one was given a fine of a thousand rubles, at the moment it is known that there are 10 detainees each at the Vostochnoye Izmailovo police station and the Servernoye Izmailovo police station; some detainees are also at the Perovo police station.
• Bogorodsky OVD - 12 people, 8 people are still in the OVD, the police say that the reports are in one of the central OVDs, that they are waiting for instructions, the minors were released, on March 28 the trial in the Tverskoy District Court (8:30)
• Metrogorodok OVD - 12 people, on March 26 they were brought for the night from the Bogorodsky OVD, staying for the second day

Convicted on March 27th:

• OVD "Konkovo" - 2 people, left at the OVD overnight, on March 27 convicted in the Tverskoy District Court, among them Alexey Navalny, sentenced to 15 days under 19.3 of the Administrative Code and the second detainee sentenced to 10 days of arrest and 15,000 rubles
• OVD "Meshchansky" - 15 people, left to spend the night in the OVD after registration of 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and 20.2 Part 5, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation, on March 27 they brought to the Tverskoy District Court 12 people were sentenced to 10 days of arrest under 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and a 15 thousand ruble fine under 20.2 Part 5, one person was sentenced to 7 days and 10 thousand rubles, one was fined 1000 rubles, and another detainee was sentenced on March 28 to 7 days
• OVD "Strogino" - 18 people, formalized under Part 6 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation, one person was booked under 20.2 part 8 and taken to the Tverskoy District Court on March 27, the judge reclassified him to 20.2 part 6.1 and gave 10 days of arrest
• OVD "Danilovsky" - 17 people, formalized 19.3 Code of Administrative Offences, left overnight, on March 27, the detained FBK employees were taken to the Simonovsky court, nine detainees were sentenced to 7 days, one was sentenced to 5 days, two others were given a fine of 1000 rubles, Leonid Volkov was sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest, another detainee was returned to the police station for the night and will be tried on March 28

Departments of internal affairs in which most likely there are no more detainees, but this information has not been definitely confirmed:

OVD "Academic" - 29 people, formalized under Part 6.1 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, seven detainees were given summonses to appear in the Tverskoy District Court on April 3

OVD “Ivanovsky” - 11 people, on March 26 they were brought in for the night from OVD “Bogorodsky”

• OVD "Sokolniki" - 9 people, all were released after registration of Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences, a court has not been appointed, information has been received that minors are being summoned to the Investigative Committee
• OVD "Golovinsky" - 19 people, released, issued summonses to the Tverskoy District Court for April 5
• OVD "Donskoy" - 23 people, registered under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Administrative Code, released, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation
• OVD "Khoroshevo-Mnevniki" - 29 people, issued part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Administrative Code, released, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation, information was received that one of the detainees was being summoned to the Investigative Committee
• OVD "Moskvorechye-Saburovo" - 16 people, issued 19.3 Code of Administrative Offences, released
• OVD "Krasnaya Presnya" - 16 people, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation, they were released, a violation of Part 1 of Art. 20.2 and part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Administrative Code, issued summonses for March 31 in the Tverskoy District Court
• OVD "Kotlovka" - 11 people, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation, released, issued 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences, issued a summons to the Tverskoy District Court for April 13
• OVD "Maryina Roshcha" - 15 people, all were released after registration of Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Administrative Code, issued summonses to the Tverskoy District Court for March 29
• OVD "Cheryomushki" - 22 people, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation, everyone was released
• OVD "Yaroslavsky" - 23 people, 19.3 Code of Administrative Offenses was drawn up, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation, everyone was released
• OVD "Gagarinsky" - 10 people, all were released on March 26 after registration of 20.2 Code of Administrative Offenses, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation
• OVD "Tverskoy" - 1 person, released
• Department of Internal Affairs "Sokolinaya Gora" - 10 people, some were released after registration of Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Administrative Code, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation, at 05:38 everyone was released
• OP "Luzhniki" - 12 people, all were released, except for Nikolai Lyaskin, who was hospitalized at the Botkin Hospital, on March 27 he was returned to the OP and taken to the Tverskoy District Court, sentenced to 25 days of arrest
• OVD "Western Degunino" - 29 people, all (except two minors and one elderly man) were charged with 20.2 part 6.1., all were released
• Khamovniki Department of Internal Affairs - 21 people, a violation of 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses was registered, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation, at 05:30 everyone was released
• OVD "Bibirevo" - 21 people, all were released without drawing up protocols, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation
• OVD "Altufyevo" - 30 people, all were released after registration of 20.2 Code of Administrative Offenses
• Department of Internal Affairs Troparevo-Nikulino - 24, processed 19.3 hours 1 and 20.2 hours 5, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation, at 05:47 everyone was released
• Department of Internal Affairs "Eastern Degunino" - 36 people, released
• OVD "Lomonosovsky" - 10 people, 19.3 Code of Administrative Offenses was drawn up, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation. As of 06.06 am, everyone was released from the police department.
• OVD "Basmanny" - 35 people, all were released after registration of Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation, served subpoenas to the Tverskoy District Court for March 30
• OVD "Obruchevsky" - 18 people, issued Part 1 of Art. 19.3 of the Administrative Code, the Investigative Committee conducted an interrogation, and at 05:30 everyone was released
• Department of Internal Affairs "Levoberezhny" - 16 people, issued 19.3 Code of Administrative Offenses and 20.2 Part 6, half were released, eight detainees were given summonses for April 6 to the Tverskoy District Court
