The yards also said that the detainees of the Corruption Fund (FBK) are charged with Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (disobedience to employees of state bodies). In total, 17 employees of the Fund were detained, who were sent to the Danilovskoe police department.

Yarmysh later clarified that politics is charged with article 20.2.2 Part 1 (the organization of mass simultaneous stay and (or) the movement of citizens in public places that entailed a violation of public order). This article provides for a penalty of 10-300 thousand rubles, or mandatory work 100-200 hours, or administrative arrest for a period of 15-30 days.
