Lena Roshchina worked as the head of one of the departments of Sberbank in Moscow, when she decided to marry a prisoner, which was contained in pre-trial detention center No. 5 “Vodnik” in the north-west of Moscow, near the Water Stadium metro. Her chosen one was a simple guy who was sitting on a stupid, nonsense theft. It would seem, what is easier? He writes a statement, she writes a statement, a date is set, the bride enters prison, sign, kiss - the bride leaves prison in the status of his wife and has the right to date. But no. Lena was faced with the fact that she began to extort the data of Sberbank’s customers as a fee for a marriage permit. Moreover, a strong spike acted on her: the then -looking Friedon and operative Evgeny K. Fridon sent her credit cards, where Lena was supposed to transfer customer money, and the operational employee K. called her to her mobile and threatened: if she did not do this, her groom would shoot at the stage when trying to escape.

Lena recorded threats on the recorder, took the screenshots of the messages from the pre -trial detention center and went to the building neighboring with the Vodnik - the Office of the Federal Penitentiary Service in Moscow. Zolotov’s name has already surfaced in the media in connection with the death of Evdokimov - supposedly they sat in the same cell. Zolotov-Tumarkin is a professional “soliciter”, previously convicted who first arranged for entrepreneurs the problems with law enforcement agencies, and then “solved the problem” for very good money. Law enforcement officers participated both in the scheme and in the share. Zolotov testified to the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Moscow Rozhkov CJSC, he was given ten years, and six to Zolotov.

It is very strange that Zolotov was kept in the Vodnik pre -trial detention center Zolotov at the time of the death of Evdokimov. He had an appeal in the Supreme Court in August 2016, and he had to go to the stage for a long time.

Moreover, the prisoners of the Central "Vodnik" assure that Zolotov spent very little time in the cell. And where he conducted it, one can only guess. I would not exclude that he took a lively and active participation in the extortion of money from the "economic" prisoners - a common thing for Moscow centers, especially for the "Vodnik". The prisoners say that Zolotov had three henchmen. Other details of the interesting life of this particular convict in the central, including the choice of drinks and models of tablets are also given. Of course, after all that happened, they can tell us that Zolotov was left in the detachment of the Hozo -Services, but in this case he could not be in the same cell as the defendants. In addition, if the deadline is more than five years and you are not the first time we are convicted, these two circumstances completely close the possibility of distribution to the Hozotrex.

Most likely, Zolotov was formalized by an agent, but, apparently, it was precisely these functions that he did not particularly perform, engaged in completely other things - as they say, “in the specialty”.

Chamber Hierarchy

The story that occurred in the Vodnik with Lena Roshchina and her fiancé dates from 2015 and 2016. The prisoners who participated in it (including the looking, citizens from the thieves world and the so -called “wool” - supportive regime) sat in the general corps. And the tragedy with Evdokimov occurred in a different building - in a special block.

Other prisons are in one way or another according to the same principle as the "water". If you know the device of the prison, you just say the camera number so that you understand what is happening with one or another prisoner.

The general building consists of cameras, the numbers of which begin at 2, 3, 4. For example, looking at the prison not so long ago sat in chamber 217. It contains first -time and recidivists that came for theft, robbery, drugs. Non -mass faces, general crimes. There are everywhere there are mobile phones, a stable intercommunications (“road”), weakened administrative control. In the general case on the ground floor there are four cameras, the so -called small specialist, where they are sitting in two: they are used either as shipping chambers for life -lifelongs, or for convicts for terrorism. There is a pressing atmosphere: two -story narrow shcons, a toilet and a table welded to the wall. This is for special occasions.

The second building is a special block. Cameras that begin at 5 and 6. But there is a very big difference between them. The same Evdokimov first sat “on the tops”, and then he was transferred to the “on six” chambers.

“Five” is “frost”. There are no phones, there is no intercom communication, reinforced control, on the doors, in addition to ordinary locks, there are also electronic ones. Of these cameras, the longitudinal (the corridor duty officer) does not have the right to independently withdraw the prisoner - only in the presence of DPNSI (duty assistant to the head of the investigative insulator). There are also a medical office, a shower and also the so -called small specialist - three double chambers and one four -seater.

Inexperienced people - that is, most likely thundered on economic articles - believe that it is better to sit in sparsely populated cells than in common ones. But this is a complete absence of communication with the outside world and enhanced control: four shifts of the attendants go along the corridor with a beekeeper (this is, in addition to stationary muffles) and look for signs of mobile communications. “One day they still dragged the phone into our camera, but after three hours they took it back-they were spotted. But they carried away without any consequences for us, ”says Stepan Zimin, one of the former inhabitants of the Five, who was political prisoner in the“ swamp business ”. He spent two years there.

The “sixes” are less frost, there is a mobile connection, there is a “road”, however, with youngsters who are contained here. According to intercommunication communication, the youngsters are transmitted to cigarettes, which in the programs are prohibited by them. The “sixes” contains sideliers known to the public, plus serious citizens taken with large batches of drugs - the leadership of the pre -trial detention center considers them the same important ZEC?, Like political ones. There is a great gym for the entire special block, the simulators were bought by the Sidelski themselves.

In the Special Block “Vodnik”, the rule is sacred not to plant together citizens who have committed violent and non -violent crimes. In other pre -trial detention centers and in the general block, this rule is not observed.

In early 2013, the Vodnik made a lot of repairs. It was then that video surveillance was installed in the cells, and the Dalnyaks (toilets) appeared doors - before they were not. Of course, no castles are supposed to be on these doors. And then, in 2013, the construction of a huge Orthodox church began on the territory of the pre -trial detention center.

“Then I sat in the cell 503,” recalls Stepan Zimin, “she went out with windows to enter the pre -trial detention center. Once we saw how the gates opened and 5-6 black “nissans” with flashing lights, the police car, another unimaginable, drove into the courtyard. We realized that the Patriarch came, and connected this with financing, which the Russian Orthodox Church allocated in connection with the construction of the temple. I have no doubt that part of the money was drank, but for the same money they repaired, for example, the assembly (a premises where the convicts are waiting for the departure to the court. - Auth.) ”.

Connection

Communication with the outside world is what is missing in any pre -trial detention center. If Vladimir Evdokimov was looking for an informal connection with the outside world, he needed to transfer from the “fives” to the “six”. If they wanted to push him to this, too. But we are talking about an informal connection. With the official “Water”, things are very good.

Vodnik was the first pre -trial detention center in Russia, in which official calls appeared by phone - primarily for a special block. For calls, the resolution of the investigator is needed - if the investigation, if in court, is a judge.

As in any pre -trial detention center, there is a special unit in the Vodnik - letters are checked there. But not only. Big problems can begin at the entire camera if someone decided to complain by bypassing the special part. The complaint may not come out of the special unit, so you can complain about the conditions for the detention of the PMC members. Then

An informal connection is needed not only by prisoners. Opera and investigators need it. Therefore, there are many agents in prison leading intra -chamber developments. These can be employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs working undercover, or convicted already recruited in prison. Almost everyone who went through the “waterman”, and among them there are many employees of “Rus' -sitting”, and my own husband Alexei Kozlov assure: in each, literally in every cell on the “waterman” there is an agent, even in a double -seater. Where there are more than two, sooner or later the agent is calculated. One of the sites recalls: “With our agent, we had a clear agreement: we know who you are, you see that we are in the chamber cook moonshine, but when you go to the opera, do not tell him about moonshine.”

And it is quite easy to do. Because the agent does not sit with you because of moonshine. He sits in order to discuss the circumstances of your criminal case with you. Everyone understands this, but the longer you sit, the more I want to talk to someone. A typical case - when even the most cautious person suddenly sighs and says in a half -whisper: “Guys, you can’t imagine how much money I had (drugs, youngsters, etc.).” And all. And people receive their term based on the testimony of the agent in court. So the prison is arranged.
