The second half of the zero years was their time. About them are endless texts with frightening headlines in newspapers and blogs. “Kremlin’s fighting detachments” (see The New Times No. 6 of March 19, 2007 ) or even “Ordinary Nashism”. They collected many thousands of processions and ranges, beat the drums, trampled portraits of human rights activists, the first to talk about the “fifth column” and “enemies of Russia”. And then suddenly, overnight, having lost the curator in the Kremlin, they disappeared, became invisible. Others are closed, others still exist, but this is life after death.

Prochrevsky "youth" is the favorite brainchild of the then curator of domestic policy, the first deputy head of the presidential administration Vladislav Surkov. Either seriously frightened by the ghost of the revolution after the first Kyiv Maidan, or simply feeling that the events in Ukraine are a good reason to strengthen his influence, Surkov spent a lot of words, time and money ready to “confront on the squares” “unnatural union of liberals and fascists, united by hatred for Vladimir Putin” (so described the main enemy ” The leader of the “ours” Vasily Yakemenko, and re -reading it now, you are surprised how little has the propaganda of new ideas). Then the “ours”, “young Russia”, “young guard of United Russia” and smaller movements appeared, like “local”. These are just a tribute to fashion, the desire to get into the trend, to please the authorities, to snatch at least crumbs from budgets for "youth policy". But members of great movements were almost seriously told that they would grow a new party in power, that “youth” is a social elevator worthy of a political or official career.

However, when during the city protests of 2011-2012 the prospect of “confrontations in the squares” really loomed, the Kremlin “youth” demonstrated their worthlessness: the dumbfounded curator, according to rumors, in the first weeks after the Duma elections was completely at a loss, and no one dared to show initiative without his team. A person who entered precisely in those days to the presidential administration told NT to be a systematically losing Surkov, Vyacheslav Volodin did not fail to point out the high leadership of this worthlessness, coupled with cost. The fate of Surkov, however, was already resolved already, it was not even a control shot, but an offensive kick.

But this is all - not only budgets, flags, slogans and swearing to the enemies of the Fatherland. These are still alive, often - very young people who cynically made their careers or even sincerely believed the words of the curators. Tens of thousands were dissolved, lost sight of, but some names are still by ear.

Maxim: Prison

One of the creators and the leader of the Movement of Russia (Rumol) Maxim Maxim Mishchenko seemed for a long time just such a lucky one who managed to jump into the notorious social elevator. Since youth, an activist, organizer of a student association, a fighter for fellow students, ready to cooperate with the authorities, but also ready to conflict with officials, if necessary. In 2005, having felt a request from the authorities, he did not miss a chance and founded in the Bauman MSTU, who graduated and in which he worked on a candidate dissertation, his Rumol. The organization, although initially it included only students and graduate students of the elite Baumanka, immediately aimed at active actions, declaring the war of "Western expansion, terrorism and corruption." And almost immediately I liked Vladislav Surkov. Rumola activists boldly got involved in fights with the opposition, and the personal curator of Youth, Surkova, Nikita Ivanov, a native of the effective policy of Gleb Pavlovsky, then pulled them out of the Monkey Militsa.

Mishchenko actively collaborated with the nationalists, including Ilya Goryachev, the leader of the Russian Image organization* (is now serving a life imprisonment in the famous “polar owl” in the Bourn case - “Bill Organization of Russian Nationalists”*: the court considered it proved by his participation in the preparation of five ordered murders). But this did not interfere with career successes: Mishchenko met and talked with Putin, in 2007 he got into the Duma from EP, then worked in the Public Chamber. As a result, at the invitation of the Tula governor Vladimir Gruzdev, whom he met when he was his deputy, ended up in the administration of the Tula region. There (this version of the investigation) came into a conspiracy with the chairman of the Union of Disabled Chernobyls from Novomoskovsk by Gennady Efimov, who received a grant of 650 thousand rubles. The conference, but the conference did not take place. Later, the money was returned to the budget, but a criminal case was already opened against Mishchenko and Efimov. The court found Maxim to be guilty of fraud and sentenced to 2.5 years in a colony. According to one version, Mishchenko fell victim to regional intra -plane showdowns. He has supporters - at the building of the Presidential Administration (AP) in Moscow there were pickets of Tula activists in his support. The wife of Mishchenko Julia wrote on Facebook: “Is it really true that the liberals are talking about basmanial justice?” Then, however, the text edited the text and removed the seditious phrase.

A participant in all the scandalous actions of the nurses, an object of hatred of all liberals, a target for hundreds of exponentative and simply mocking texts. Mother is a university teacher, father is a military man, then an entrepreneur (mother gave Christina in motion “ours” in order to divert from the evil influence of the street). Reached almost real heights - communicated with Surkov and saw Putin.

The dug was not at a loss after the collapse of “ours” (the movement ceased to exist in 2013, but Christina lost the post of spokeswoman even earlier)-intensified the developed connections, created the Fund Foundation, officially engaged in Internet research, and by rumors-a monitoring opposition activity in social networks for AP needs for the needs of AP (True, the dittle denies this-see NT No. 28 of September 7 of September 7 of September 7 2015 ). So the 19-year-old commissar of “ours” Maria Drokova became famous throughout the country (as, as former members of the movement told NT, the anger of a dug, followed by a whole series of intrigues, a real subcutaneous struggle).

The girl from Tambov, from the family of a local official, joined the “ours” at the age of 15. The school was bored, it was also bored in the city. “Ours” is life, it is Moscow in the future, it is a career. Purposeful (and even a sincere patriot) Drokova quickly reached command posts. And also - a little mature. And although she even managed to receive the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland” and become the leader of the Prochrevsky (naturally!) TV channel Russia.ru, the rightness of both Putin and “ours” began to doubt. I made friends with representatives of the opposition party and saw that these funny and little people capable of real political actions are unlikely to enemies of Russia. And then a disaster happened: at one of the opposition parties, the new Friends of Drokova burned the book of articles by Vladislav Surkov! Video promotions got into the network, and Yakemenko, who fell into hysteria, demanded that Masha write an application to the prosecutor's office at extremists. She wrote, then took it - and left ours. Once again, became the heroine of the Danish documentary “Putin Kiss” about the Russian opposition, about “ours”, about the attempt on journalist Oleg Kashin and how the political views of the young girl can change.

Not only young, but also, we repeat, purposeful. Masha first worked in PR with a variety of innovative and modernization projects, which were not in the era of the presidency of Dmitry Medvedev. But all this was given by profanity, and Drokova had connections in the world of IT, and she eventually preferred to work in the States. Now at the Drokova studio in New York, among Internet marketectologists, she is considered a good specialist and recently received a residence permit in the United States. A photograph with a Green Card on Facebook was a reason for multi-week discussions-“a nominee who kissed Putin, spit on patriotism and fled to the USA!” But in fact, between a kiss and a green card is a serious change in the views and years of hard work.

The author once met Masha in Moscow-at a conference on the development of Internet media. They left the neighboring coffee shop and saw that on the windshield of an inaccurately parked car of Drokova, the Stopham movement, which survived the branch of “ours”. Greetings from the past, a farewell kiss is not Putin already, but those who are not disappointed in their patriotic views.

There are more than three such ex-heroes of the state youth policy of zero. There is Robert Schlegel, who paid a political career for a timid attempt to make a human amendment to the cannibal -eater “Dima Yakovlev’s law”, there is Svetlana “we began to dress better” Kuritsyn, who flickered as a TV presenter on NTV and sunk into nowhere, there are dozens of others. Their destinies formed differently: someone took someone in the New York Soho, someone-to the zone. Only one thing is related: they are all fragments of large -scale and meaningless projects, generated by fear of the shadow of the revolution in another country. The memory of waste budget money, unfulfilled promises and unjustified hopes.
