On March 26, during a rally on Tverskaya Street, not agreed with the Moscow Mayoria, the police came to the office of the Corruption Fund. The situation is ordinary: at 13:28 (half an hour before the start of the rally), the Ahmed call received the “hot line” of law enforcement: he warned that the Omega-Plaza business center laid a bomb.

At this moment, an online broadcast from the rallies led by Leonid Volkov was in the office of the Corruption Fund. According to the police report, they arrived at the business center at 16:30. A fire alarm worked in the building, electricity turned off. The police said that the building was mined and everyone should leave the room.

“We included a picture of approximately 30 regions. They showed a picture from the studio, a picture from a street in Moscow, from a balcony on Tverskaya. For broadcasting, we used the equipment for about 5 million rubles: for ~ 2 million - our and about 3 million - rental and partners' equipment. We still do not know exactly what they (police.-NT) carried out, but noticed a part of our equipment in their hands, ”wrote the technical director of the company Vladislav Zdolnikov in his telegram channel.

The office center was evacuated, and the FBK employees were arrested and sent to the Danilovsky police department. There they were left for the night - for disobedience to the legal order of the police officer (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). A search was held in the office: the room was sealed, lawyer FBK Lyubol Sobol on his Twitter said on Monday morning. At the same time, the lawyers did not allow the fund's lawyers. At night, employees were interrogated under Articles 318 (the use of violence against a representative of the authorities) and 282 (excitement of hatred or hostility, as well as humiliation of human dignity) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, said the head of the Foundation Roman Rubanov.

The assistant director of the broadcast Alexei Lapyshev received 5 days of arrest. An employee of the FBK and the head of the Moscow Branch of the Progress Party Nikolai Lyaskin spent the night in the Botkin Hospital: the opposition received a bruise of the soft tissues of the head. Lyaskin was detained during a rally on Tverskaya Street. He was delivered to Manezhnaya Square, where a policeman beat him inside the car zak.

The day of the detained employees of the FBK was taken to the Simonovsky court of Moscow. Leonid Volkov, in a conversation with reporters, specified that the police rewrote their reports: first they wrote that the cause of the evacuation was a fire.

Simonovsky court began to make decisions on employees of the Corruption Fund only at seven in the evening. A fine of 1 thousand rubles. Received Maria Zakharova and Alexei Bakhrushin. For seven days, Anton Glemo, Ekaterina Kenarev, Vladislav Mosin, Vladimir Buzin, Oksana Baulin, Sergey Gorkaev, Konstantin Shirokov, and Ekaterina Melnikov were arrested for seven days.

The head of the election headquarters of Alexei Navalny Leonid Volkov was sentenced to 10 days of arrest. Nikolai Lyaskin received the most - he was arrested for 25 days.

The FBK employee Ruslan Ablyakimov, who is responsible for the HR at the campaign, is left in the police department for the night. The court is transferred to him for tomorrow.
