In Yekaterinburg, three participants in an action against corruption were fined ten thousand rubles

The Verkh-Isetsky District Court of Yekaterinburg fined three participants in an anti-corruption rally on March 26. Information about this was received by OVD-Info from lawyer Elena Makarova.

Maxim Torokhtiy, Dmitry Porokh and Ilya Korobkov, who were detained on March 26 near the Yeltsin Center, were fined ten thousand rubles. Protocols were drawn up against them on violation of the procedure for holding public events (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

In addition, according to Makarov's lawyer, the administrative material of the detained minor was resubmitted to the court, despite the fact that the cases of minors are being considered by the commission on juvenile affairs, which the judge told the police officers about, after which she returned the materials to them.

According to the lawyer, the detainee's mother had to leave her small child at home in order to come to court.

In total, on March 26, 12 administrative protocols were drawn up in Yekaterinburg under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. On March 27, Leonid Vinokurov , Viktor Kashkarov, Boris Rechenkov, Ivan Zhelezkin, Renat Agalyulin, Ivan Kurin, Leonid and Anatoly Melchakov were fined ten thousand. According to OVD-Info, Vinokurov, Kashkarov, Rechnikov and Zhelezkin were detained at Truda Square. When they were placed on the bus, several people picketed near it, and four more people were detained and placed there. Later, protocols were drawn up for the first four in the presence of a lawyer right on the bus.
