Richard Ashcroft will perform in Moscow

On June 24, the seventh one -day festival of British music Ahmad Tea Music Festival will be held in Moscow. This year's headliner is a British musician, founder of The Verve, Richard Eshcroft.

The Verve was one of the brightest groups of British Pop, their album “Urban Hymns” (1997) entered the top 20 main bestseller in the history of British charts.

The author of hits from this album - “Bitter Sweet Symphony” , “The Drugs Donat Work” and “Lucky Man” - and many other famous songs of the group were Richard Ashcroft.

After the decay of The Verve, the musician performs a lot, composes music, works in the studio. In 2010, Ashcroft founded the RPA & The United Nations of Sound group. Its fourth solo album “These People” was included in the list of the best releases of 2016 according to iTunes .
