During the audit of compliance with the legislation in the field of housing and communal services, the fact of assignment of funds by the management company Eurasia-Plus LLC was established.
On behalf of the Prosecutor’s Office, the Anapa inter-district prosecutor’s office established that a number of apartment buildings were in the Office of Eurasia-Plus LLC, which concluded agreements with Anapa Vodokanal OJSC for the vacation and consumption of drinking water, as well as the reception and discharge of wastewater.
Residents of the houses regularly paid utility services to the cash desks of the management company, while employees of the management company assigned funds without transferring to the current account of Anapa Vodokanal OJSC.
Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of ANAP on the fact of assignment of funds of Eurasia-Plus LLC, a criminal case was opened under part 3 of Art. 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (assignment or embezzlement using its official position, as well as in large amounts), an investigation is currently underway.
On the official website of Eurasia-Plus LLC, it is indicated that the general director is Matveev Nikolay Vadimovich. If you look at the ratings of the work of the Criminal Code of Eurasia-Plus LLC on the Internet, then Matveev is called the “Siberian swindle”, and the organization itself “Group of Fraudsters”.
It turned out to be noteworthy that, according to the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the only founder of Eurasia-Plus LLC is a certain non-profit charitable foundation of the Center for Social Support of Veterans of Special Services and Special Parties of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs (NBF Center for the SPVSS FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs) registered in the Chechen Republic.
