The Tverskoy court fined participants in the anti-corruption rally in Moscow

On March 30, the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow ruled on fines for five detainees for anti-corruption rallies. All five were fined 10 thousand rubles under part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by a participant of a public event of the procedure for holding it).

Earlier, on March 30, the Tverskoy Court ruled on fines for five more detainees. One person was fined 20,000, one - 15,000 and three - 10,000. They were drawn up protocols on violation of the procedure for holding public events. At present, meetings are expected with five more people.

On March 30, the Moscow City Court reduced the term of arrest for one of the detainees on March 26, Mark Rozenhaus, from five to four days. Four days of detention expire on March 30, so Rosengaus is released. A protocol was drawn up against him for disobeying the lawful demands of police officers.

On March 30, court hearings are held in the Moscow City Court on the appeals of other detainees on March 26. In particular, Alexei Navalny's complaint about the decision to 15 days of arrest was rejected . On March 29, the Moscow City Court upheld the arrest decisions on all complaints under consideration.
