The Ketovsky District Court in Kurgan fined businessman Igor Putin 10,000 rubles, finding him guilty of an offense under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. It is reported by the portal Ura.ru.
It follows from the case file that on February 20, Putin organized an uncoordinated rally near the administration building of the Ketovsky District in protest against the placement of a landfill in the area. About 40 people took part in the action. It is noted that the entrepreneur violated the deadline for notifying the administration about the rally by filing it on the same day, and the authorities indicated a different location for the rally.
Putin himself does not admit his guilt and claims that the administration before the rally gave him an order to hold the rally at a different address, where he went. According to him, three other people participated in the rally with him. Who held the action near the administration building, he does not know.
